We had surprisingly poor experience with the company trying ordering filters for our fridge. The customer service does not respond to the point sending back proforma answers.
First we ordered incorrect filters which was not possible to return - the company offered partial refund. (Were we too small a customer? How environmentally friendly is this practice?)
Then we ordered correct filters. The charge was quick but the delivery was expected in two months only. When trying to cancel the order and get the refund, we were informed that the filters can be shipped no problem. To our surprise, the company sent filters from the first order, the incorrect ones...
We ended up owning a bunch of unnecessary filters.
