Your phone associates have inconsistent attitudes. The first one I spoke with was surly and short. I thanked her and promptly disconnected. I called later and spoke with a nice helpful associate who easily resolved the questions and completed the conversation.
The order arrived a bit later than expected but in these disturbed times that was understandable..Overall it was a good experience.
