Fieldstone Realty Partners are a useless organization that are servicing communities to the least of their abilities. My community happens to be one of the unlucky one's that has this company providing HOA services. If you are planning to purchase a home in a community serviced by this incompetent organization; you would be well advised to do additional research. They just ignore customer complaints and are provide very shoddy service. Furthermore if your builder like CalAtlantic/Ryland has engaged the company on behalf of the home owners. You should seriously reconsider your decision to buy your house from an organization that would consider hiring such shameless organization.

I am a resident of the neighborhood that Fieldstone Association takes care off. Christina Tomlinson is over our property. Christina is very professional and responds in a quick manner. I like the property is managed and maintained.

Jennifer Matthews was very responsive and helpful to work with during this Covid time when everyone is at home doing projects. This was my first time ever submitting a HOA modification so we were very excited to get it done and Jennifer was very patience with our eagerness. With Jennifers help the process was smooth and in a timely matter. She was so pleasant to work with.

However, Ally took over management for our Homeowners Association (Autumn Canyon) in August of 2017. She has worked hard to earn our community trust and has shown diligence through her work. I had to submit an approval request for an outdoor firepit and didn't know where to start. Debbie sent me what I needed and after I sent it back to her, I had an approval in 10 days.
We worked with Kevin Thurman at Fieldstone Realty Partners and he was fantastic! We sent a request for information on gaining approval by our HOA for exterior paint for our house and Kevin responded with the information the same day. When we submitted the request for review, Kevin then responded again the same day stating our paint color was approved. He was quick with his response and provided very professional service!
I have been communicating with Ally Venable for the past 2 years or so and she has been nothing but fantastic in how quickly she responds or addresses any concerns I have regarding our neighborhood (clubhouse, and other issues). I feel she's a great asset to any organization and hope to continue working with her!

Not that anyone has an option to what HOA a community uses so writing a review like this seems senseless. When we first built our house in Dunwoody back in 2015 fieldstone was very responsive to any questions we had. Fast forward to today... A month ago we emailed two different people requesting information as we're selling our home. No response came, 4 weeks later we're in dire need of information so we leave a message. We wait two days and leave another message. Then we start leaving messages every few hours for several days. My wife actually called and dialed every extension until a live person answered. Too bad she wasn't able to provide us with the answers we need. We were promised a call back that never came. Fieldstone made me get nasty with them on the phone to get my questions answered. So here we are with answered questions that took us over a month to receive. This company should treat their clientele with a little more respect. Keep treating people like this and your hundreds of positive you currently have will be meaningless.
Fieldstone has some amazing staff supporting their communities. In particular, Kevon Oliver is a joy to work with. She makes herself available and responds quickly to messages. Kevon takes pride in her work, and it shows in the passion she has when working with homeowners.
I have owned multiple properties associated with HOA management companies. Cari Gaines of Fieldstone is by far the most responsive and helpful Community Manager I have ever dealt with. Her knowledge and professionalism is top notch.

Ally was very knowledgeable with all of my questions and was very quick to respond. Her high level of professionalism and positive attitude make communicating with her such a joy.
Do not believe these positive reviews. Our community was assigned Fieldstone with the handover from our builder Rockhaven. Fieldstone was in cahoots to protect the builder with all issues involved, water connection and proper billing was never addressed after a year of begging to our assigned agent. After firing fieldstone we received a $58,000 bill from the city because fieldstone never contacted the city to notify of the issues.
We have been apart of our association for 6 months now and have been very pleased. Kevin, the association manager, has been very responsive and supportive when I have needed help. So far, very glad to have him as our association manager.
Christina Tomlinson helped me to obtain approval for building small shed on my backyard. The unusual fact in this topic is that I have sent application in the morning one day and it was approved later afternoon same day. No comments. This is self performing 5+.
My review is mainly for our property manager Chris Hyde. Our community has been developer controlled for 10 years and I have been through 5 different property managers and Chris Hyde was definitely the best of the 5. Alot of issues we had within our community were due to the fact that our board of directors were all developer employees and fieldstone had to take direction from the board. Chris was very responsive on emails and we even had a weekly call where we discussed issues. Alot of times he had to deliver bad news to the community that came from the board which he had no control over. Now that we have a homeowner controlled board because the developer finally finished development this year, we have decided to part ways with Fieldstone but it has nothing to do with Chris Hyde and more about making a clean break with anything associated with the developer. Wish we could take Chris with us.
I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Ally Venable at Fieldstone Association Management! She has helped me numerous times and is ALWAYS prompt and goes out of her way to help and is happy to do it!
Ally Venable is the best Association Manager that Fieldstone Association Management has ever assigned to our subdivision. She knows her job and has the moral courage to enforce the covenants and policies for the good order of our subdivision. I am sure because of her willingness to do the right thing our property value is safe from deprecation. Before we became fortunate enough to have Ally assigned as our Association Manager there was NO evidence that Fieldstone Association Management cared about our subdivision. I felt that Fieldstone Association Management was not doing anything to earn my money. Ally Venable has restored my faith in Fieldstone Association Management

I can tell you that our representative, Kevon Oliver, means the word to me and my community s management activities.
Having the right agent that meshes with your leadership team can make or break you.
We lucked out when Kevon was assigned as our representative. I couldn t ask for more, she is fantastic and quite frankly, I feel she should be in a leadership role at Fieldstone. She understands customer service and gets it right.
I hope Fieldstone takes care of this lady, because if not, someone else will when they realize what she s made of.
She is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. Kevon frequently replies to texts and emails at all hours of the day/night (even when the messages were simply sent for her to address in the morning).
Kevon communicates well with...let s just say difficult folks in our community and doesn t take challenges personal.
Her records are spot on, she is up to speed financially, and is very helpful in answering questions or helping to prepare materials for Board Meetings.
For a relationship between an HOA and a management company to be successful and productive, there must be participation on both sides. Communities that expect Fieldstone to handle it all with no guidance will probably feel left out. On the other hand, HOA Board members that dont involve and engage the Management Company probably won t feel they get value from the relationship.
Our Board and Fieldstone, through Kevon, has struck a balance that works and we value the relationship. She is the face of Fieldstone and for that, Fieldstone gets 5 stars from me.

I just moved up to my new home in Alpharetta early March and have had the pleasure to work with Jennifer. She is an absolute delight to work with. She is responsive, kind and considerate. She really went out of her way to help me and it was so appreciated. Even with all of my pestering to get approvals (she doesn t do the actual approvals but goes to the HOA) she was in top of things and communicated wonderfully. Do not subject yourself to this "Company" the can barely manage themselves let alone HOAs. The developers that use them should know better, but they must be giving them dirt cheap rates... I would not pay more than $10 a year to have this company manage an HOA. We have a new community with SHARP residential and Fieldstone does not really respond to issues or questions.... They are good at saying No, because that is all they are paid to do. I cannot see any neighborhood actually contract these guys if it was up to them.
Contacted Maethea about cleaning the cabana in my subdivision for an event I was planning and she responded swiftly and got it done. Thank you Maethea!!!!

Updating my review to 1 star 7/9 due to lack of responses from Kevin for any emails surrounding our home or the community. The landscape company the HOA uses made a huge mess on our fence over 2 months ago and I still have yet to get follow up surrounding when our fence will be cleaned. In addition to this I emailed questions surrounding our pool over a month ago and I still haven't a response. Absolutely unacceptable Customer support when we pay what we do for our yearly dues . Would not recommend this company as result of the poor support received from Kevin.
Updating my review July 25: Since my review on July 9 Kevin has reached out to me and worker diligently in order to rectify the lack of communication I experienced over an extended period of time. At the current he is either addressing or resolved my issues or concerns. I am happy with the improvement and hope for continued communications in a timely manner. I will provide an updated review in the future to confirm if all issues are resolved and that the lines of communication remain open and timely.
Ally is a superstar! I have been trying to reach my community manager for last one month regarding my HOA dues but haven't heard anything from him. I called their office but no one ever returned my call. I read the reviews and noticed that everything is writing good reviews about Ally. So I emailed her and she called me literally within 30 minutes. She answered all the question I had and I am so happy about her service even though she wasn't the manager for my community. I really hope to her as my community manager in the future.
Janelle Henderson is our coordinate with Fieldstone. We could not have anyone that is more responsive and meets our requests with a positive attitude. Her demeanor is professional and friendly. She is a joy to work with and a credit to Fieldstone.

Lisa Brown is excellent! I live In a community that is still under construction so there is no HOA. Fieldstone represents the builder. Lisa s job is not easy working for the builder and appeasing homeowners. She does a great job! She is quick to respond and get answers.

John Albano has been so supportive of our HOA and Smyrna Market Village community. He really cares about the operation of our association and does whatever he can to assist. He has been especially helpful during our roofing project, which has been challenging for our mixed use development. We appreciate everything that John does for us!
