I cannot recommend Bishops highly enough. I have used them for work for several clients and they are incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, very competitive on price and the end result has always been brilliant.
Went with bishops because they have pretty good ratings and apparently are meant to be one of the best around. I personally am quite disappointed with them, no idea whether it's the company or the advisor I have, she never calls me back even after stating she will do so, they've had my prints for over a month, had to chase them a bit to get the samples but that was fine, they eventually did that and everything was good to go ahead. I ask to go ahead professionally and to tell me how much it will cost, I've had to chase them for well over a month, many phone calls I've made and not one of them has been returned to tell me what's happening or how much it will cost. I keep calling and calling and get promised call back after call back but they're obviously not interested, so I will be taking my business elsewhere, absolutely stunned by the lack of professionalism.
I use Bishops for a range of our printed marketing materials and am always impressed by their professional and courteous approach and the "can do" way they deal with my varied print projects. Receiving Quotes back quickly, even when I ask for multiple variants, as well as any media samples, and discussing alternative options when I ask for advice. I have just had a LARGE 164pp brochure produced with tabs, wiro bound, over sized covers and gloss lamination, and even against a tight deadline they never overpromised but once again didn't let me down. The brochure is beautiful - thank you Bishops, I highly recommend you!
