Do not subject yourself to this "Company" the can barely manage themselves let alone HOAs. The developers that use them should know better, but they must be giving them dirt cheap rates... I would not pay more than $10 a year to have this company manage an HOA. We have a new community with SHARP residential and Fieldstone does not really respond to issues or questions.... They are good at saying No, because that is all they are paid to do. I cannot see any neighborhood actually contract these guys if it was up to them.
