Kevin was very helpful in assisting in resolving an issue with our board. I appreciate him advocating for us.

Updating my review to 1 star 7/9 due to lack of responses from Kevin for any emails surrounding our home or the community. The landscape company the HOA uses made a huge mess on our fence over 2 months ago and I still have yet to get follow up surrounding when our fence will be cleaned. In addition to this I emailed questions surrounding our pool over a month ago and I still haven't a response. Absolutely unacceptable Customer support when we pay what we do for our yearly dues . Would not recommend this company as result of the poor support received from Kevin.

Updating my review July 25:
Since my review on July 9 Kevin has reached out to me and worker diligently in order to rectify the lack of communication I experienced over an extended period of time. At the current he is either addressing or resolved my issues or concerns. I am happy with the improvement and hope for continued communications in a timely manner. I will provide an updated review in the future to confirm if all issues are resolved and that the lines of communication remain open and timely.
