I had a really bad leak in my condesation line and Absolute Zero sent someone out within an hour to fix it. Francisco was very nice and helpful qnd had it fixed quickly.

Absolute Zero is the absolute best! They are trustworthy, do exceptional service and installation, and their pricing is fair. They are the only AC people I trust in the Valley.

Tip top workmanship and attention to detail. They performed an energy audit on my home, wrote up their recommendations, then implemented them over time on my schedule. Every.single.job was meticulously performed and tested. When they came back to run a 6-month check of my new cooling system, I mentioned the bright lights which I dearly love in my bathrooms. They previously swapped my canned lights with much cooler LED lights. My Absolute Zero technician asked if they were too bright in my open plan kitchen/dining/living area. He recommended installing a dimmer switch in the kitchen. It's a perfect enhancement. I love how they put my needs first. I will certainly call them again.

Absolute Zero is what I would rate them on a scale of 1-10. I am unhappy with what I consider to be a very high repair charge for what turned out to be an inexpensive part. After a couple of quotes for a new air conditioner, I also concluded that they were priced very high compared to other companies. The repair tech also left oily fingerprints on my wall and came in with dirty shoes.

Absolute Zero has been great to deal with. Francisco, one of their technicians, is top notch. When I had a problem with a new unit they installed, they jumped right on it and took care of it. Very pleased with my new unit and their service.

I was having problems with my air conditioner not cooling below 80 degrees, when the tech showed up, which was actually on time, he was very polite and friendly. He preformed a complete tune up and when he was done I could feel right a way how much colder the air was coming out of the vents. I am very happy with the service and the price, and would recommend then to all my friends.

A year and a half ago our heat pump failed. I contacted six different companies to replace it. Four of them gave estimates. The very best price, warranty, and educated people came from Absolute Zero. Their customer service is top-notch. Francisco is the nicest of all contractors who has ever come to my house. He gets the job done and he knows what he's doing. He s prompt and efficient. We ve had no troubles since then. I highly recommend this company.

I had this company over to do an Advanced Diagnostic Tune Up on my two AC units. This is an APS approved and rebated checkup. The Tech was on time and clean. However, the Tech pulled out a 10 uf run capacitor and showed me that it was measuring 9.45 uf and indicated that I needed to replace it. He found the same thing on my 2nd unit. Then he he quoted me $299 for one and a discounted price of $199 for the 2nd. Turns out, a 10 uf capacitor has a +/- tolerance of 6% so both were still within range and did not need replacing (time will tell). Also turns out that a capacitor is only about $5 to $30 each. Bottom-line, the Tech tried to sell me $500 worth of repairs that is very questionable as to actual need, on parts that don't cost more than $60 and would have taken 5 minutes to replace. The Tune Up itself was $358 so the diagnostic work was paid for. Shame on them for gouging the public and only time will tell if this if this goes beyond gouging.

Absolute Zero has been servicing my units twice a year since 2005. They've been reliable and honest in their dealings. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolute Zero has installed and serviced two different a/c units for us over the years. It's called peace of mind when you know folks you can trust.

No way i would do business with them... On the initial call on getting duct sealing done and particiapte in the aps rebate program the woman insisted i must get $99 whole home energy audit done to get the rebates for the duct sealing or repair. Totally bogus.. I asked aps about it and they confirmed that would be redundant expense unless i was looking yo fully understand everything else about my homes energy efficiency potential. Essentially was just layering on extra charges. Couldnt get a word in edgewise with her... Hung up... Glad i did after seeing the other reviews

The Company name is the rating they deserve, but that option is not available. Three service calls within 16 days, including one complete diagnostic check-up resulted in replacing a run capacitor with the part alone being charged $308 and a blown fuse that had a charge of $45 for just the part. Online, the same EXACT capacitor costs $17.99 and the $45 fuse is less than $5 at Home Depot. After complaining about the prices, the owner, who has never been to the home, warns that the compressor will fail in the future and we should continue to do business with them for that reason. Why didn t the technician with over ten years experience come to this conclusion during one of his three trips? If you have way more money than you know what to do with, this is definitely the company for you to do business with.

I've been a customer for many years and am very happy with Absolute Zero's customer service, service technicians, and prompt response when emergencies arise.

I called these guys and spoke with a woman miranda, she was surprisingly well knoledged on what I needed and what was wrong dudes came out fixed my unit and now I'm all toasty ;-)

Horrible company and probably the worst customer service. Their technician serviced my ac and forgot to connect the hose line. Caused water to build up on the roof and leak through it. They sold me a two service plan and now without letting me know that its non refundable. When I called them to get it cancelled they conveniently share this detail. Candy, the 'service manger' refused to share the contact info of the manager so I could raise this issue. Horrible company to deal with. Take your business somewhere else.

Absolute Air installed my 2 new units 8 years ago, and I have used them for routine service ever since. Their service has been outstanding. My units are located at the highest, most inaccessible and confined area, but they still manage to access them, even though it takes a ridiculously long ladder to get there. Francisco is a terrific service technician and a definite asset to the Absolute Air team. I originally chose Absolute Air from an SRP list of approved companies, and for 8 years have been glad I did!

I had my 19 years old AC system replaced , when they showed up and give me the stimate,they were really polite,they protect the carpet before they went up to the attic to check the old system,after 3 other stimates I decided to go with them ,and on Friday March 9 ,3 workers show up and plastic carpets, replace the split unit and splained how to work the new thermostat, great company.
