Ally is a superstar! I have been trying to reach my community manager for last one month regarding my HOA dues but haven't heard anything from him. I called their office but no one ever returned my call. I read the reviews and noticed that everything is writing good reviews about Ally. So I emailed her and she called me literally within 30 minutes. She answered all the question I had and I am so happy about her service even though she wasn't the manager for my community. I really hope to her as my community manager in the future.
