Applied initially to get a swimming pool. Was turned down due to location. But Curtis took the time and effort to come to my house and review the location. After making a few minor changes the pool was approved thanks to Curtis s efforts.

Christina Thomlinson was very helpful. I was not able to contact anyone that was in charge of my automatic payment which was incorrect and the system owed me $1000. She was able to get a refund send to me and straighten the entire account out.

Gotta give a big shout out to the management team at 7Hills! Sonya, Angela and Dawn. I just realized that Angela isn't on-site anymore and she will be missed. Angela was very helpful and kept a positive attitude. All the women of 7Hills HOA management team stay positive and are very helpful despite the negative attitudes they get from residents once in a while. I live in 7Hills and I appreciate them. We had the pleasure of living in a Fieldstone-managed community for 3 years and had nothing but great experiences with the Association. Ally Venable, the Community Association Manager, was always kind and highly responsive of our needs and requests. When neighbors wouldn't cut their trees back and the county suspended our bus services, they made the quick decision to send in a company to cut all the trees hanging over the road and had it done in time that no days of bus service were missed. There was a tenant in a beautiful property that was destroying the look of the entire neighborhood while we were trying to sell our home, and they immediately took action with the homeowner and they forced the tenants to clean up. Ally was kind and replied to emails and calls the same day, and was always willing to help in any situation. They kept the neighborhood common areas neat and landscaped well and did monthly visits to ensure codes and covenants were being adhered to. Should the opportunity arise to reside in a community managed by Fieldstone again (and specifically Ally), we would absolutely take it without hesitation.

Fieldstone HOA is a useless organization that is servicing communities to the least of their abilities. My community happens to be one of the unlucky one's that has this company providing HOA services. If you are planning to purchase a home in a community serviced by this incompetent organization; you would be well advised to do additional research. They just ignore customer complaints and are provide very shoddy service. Furthermore if your builder like LENNAR /CalAtlantic/Ryland has engaged the company on behalf of the home owners. You should seriously reconsider your decision to buy your house from an organization that would consider hiring such shameless organization. This company does all the time take our POOL CHAIRS to other community's POOL and bring theirs to our POOL . what a smart cheating and saving dollors. Also he always LOBBY /bribe with community presidents and control our communities ....ignore services

We had two Property Managers for our community and...

We had two Property Managers for our community and were not happy with them. At one point we even entertained the idea and switching to a different company. When I had to install a fence and requested the board for approval through the previous manager; the request was not responded for weeks. On the week of the job, I tried contacting the manager and the board when I was told that the previous manager has left and Ally Veneable is the current manager. I mailed her about my situation and she did a wonderful job of getting the approval from the board on the same day. When I had to stain my fence again the approval was sought and given before the end of the day. She is a wonderful manager and we are happy that she is responsible for our community.

poor communication, less than stellar service, was...

poor communication, less than stellar service, waste of money (in my opinion). Would like to know when HOMEOWNERS can take their association back. I am a licensed real estate agent, and could do a better job managing my own community than these people that do not live here and have NO vested interested in making this community a great one. I have spoken with many neighbors that are not impressed with the service we are receiving (or NOT receiving). As far as I can tell, the association and Lennar got their money and could care less about meeting the obligations they have to the homeowners. (Townes of Bridgehampton)

We've had a number of pitiful association managers provided by Fieldstone. Our current manager, Cari Gaines, is the absolute exception. Cari is a very hands-on manager who is personable, organized, timely, very communicative and in no time at all has exhibited the skills/abilities our community has been searching for the past 12-18 months. She's five stars and AAA+.

She has gone out of her way on several occasions to help out on several issues in the community. Dealing with the Fieldstone HOA and has been subpar. Every time we want to schedule some type of meeting or conference call we get some excuse. Cant wait for the HOA to be turned over to the homeowners and never deal with fieldstone. Communication needs to be improved immediately.

I wonder why I actually pay an association fee eve...

I wonder why I actually pay an association fee every month. I left 5 messages over a 3 day period about a sprinkler leak in my townhouse with no response and the leak is continuing to grow and cost me money in the process because there's a specific sprinkler vendor we are required to use. I have worked in real estate for over 20 years and I have never worked or known a property management company this unresponsive or unprofessional. Completely unacceptable.

This is the worst HOA management company on the face of the planet. You can never get a hold of anyone because their automated phone service is as unreliable as the people that work there. I have no idea how they stay in business somebody has to be getting a kick back. Contact a real management company like (CMA)

We have had Fieldstone manage the associations at several developments where we have lived in the past and I must say, Ally by far, has been the most responsive and the one that seems to care about residents concerns. Waking up in the morning with thoughts of having to report a problem to your HOA management company is not something that actually puts a smile :-) on one's face. But, the next best thing is having Jennifer Matthews as my HOA Rep!! Jennifer's professionalism does generate a smile! A Big Smile!!
I expect few things from my HOA Rep., starting with timely responsiveness. Jennifer gets nothing but all A+'s in this area! Very soon, after asking a question or reporting a problem via email, Jennifer quickly acknowledges receipt and briefly states her intended action. The next expectation of my HOA Rep. is timely results reporting. Usually results are that my problems have been solved. But invariability I sometimes Imay not be totally pleased by the answer I receive, but in those few cases, I realize that Jennifer is only the messenger.
If I owned a HOA management company, I'd hire all the Jennifer Matthews' I could find!! Many thanks, Jennifer!! You are the Best!!

We can't thank Kevin Thurman enough for stepping up when it really mattered. My wife and I needed three dead evergreens replaced before a very important event at our house last weekend. Unfortunately for Kevin, we did not give him very much time to schedule the replacements with the landscapers, but recognizing the situation we faced, he stepped up and coordinated the job, much to our delight. Kevin recognized the urgency and importance of our situation and made things happen, for which we remain grateful. Well done Kevin!

Holy fake reviews Batman! Do not, I repeat, do not be fooled by the plethora of positive reviews in 2018. They were at 1.8 less than a year ago. Leadership has not changed so why all the positive reviews? Family, friends and employees are increasing the score because it was been low for years. I currently live in a community they manage and out of 70 homeowners not one of them is happy with their service, communication or employees. In the 18 months I have lived here, our neighborhood has had 5 representative changes.

I do not have time to write a novel about all the items they poorly perform at so do your own due diligence. If you are a new builder, for the love of God do not subject your future buyers to this HOA. Once the construction in the community I live in is complete many residents will be joining the board to vote Fieldstone out. Fieldstone is the bottom of the barrel in terms of home association management.

In recently purchased a TH from Lennar at Suwanee Walk. After living 15 years at my former home and subdivision. I am used to having a HOA that really takes care of the community. I am also very concerned with cleanliness, safety, and stability of my community and environment. Christina Tomlinson of Fieldstone Association Management has been very responsive to all my requests and concerns to assist with taking care of our subdivision. She gets things done on a timely basis. I recommend her as an agent/management for any subdivision needs management.
