I had the pleasure of speaking with Janelle Henderson. Janelle was not only pleasant she was able to immediately answer my questions and resolve the situation. She is the kind of person one wants to speak with when addressing a concern. I can only hope that if any other issues arise in the future that Janelle is the person i can deal with.
