poor communication, less than stellar service, was...

poor communication, less than stellar service, waste of money (in my opinion). Would like to know when HOMEOWNERS can take their association back. I am a licensed real estate agent, and could do a better job managing my own community than these people that do not live here and have NO vested interested in making this community a great one. I have spoken with many neighbors that are not impressed with the service we are receiving (or NOT receiving). As far as I can tell, the association and Lennar got their money and could care less about meeting the obligations they have to the homeowners. (Townes of Bridgehampton)
