Waking up in the morning with thoughts of having to report a problem to your HOA management company is not something that actually puts a smile :-) on one's face. But, the next best thing is having Jennifer Matthews as my HOA Rep!! Jennifer's professionalism does generate a smile! A Big Smile!!
I expect few things from my HOA Rep., starting with timely responsiveness. Jennifer gets nothing but all A+'s in this area! Very soon, after asking a question or reporting a problem via email, Jennifer quickly acknowledges receipt and briefly states her intended action. The next expectation of my HOA Rep. is timely results reporting. Usually results are that my problems have been solved. But invariability I sometimes Imay not be totally pleased by the answer I receive, but in those few cases, I realize that Jennifer is only the messenger.
If I owned a HOA management company, I'd hire all the Jennifer Matthews' I could find!! Many thanks, Jennifer!! You are the Best!!
