We were visiting from Ohio and went to Harley Davidson of Tampa to have the oil changed in my 2007 Fatboy. Everyone in service was extremely friendly and helpful. I saw a 2012 CVO Softail and fell in love. Matt Cartier told us everything about the bike without any pressure. He made sure we received a great deal. He was very knowledgable and made the process quick easy and fun! Patricia in apparel helped me spend the rest of my money. I .look forward to seeing her again on our next visit. We have a new Harley Family!
