Rented a motorcycle from HD Tampa, and couldn't recommend it more highly. Jon did all my paperwork and even worked with Laura, the regional VP, to get me on a more suitable bile which wasn't displayed when I made my reservation. Jon also went over the coverage I had for towing and tires included in my VIP package.

Later that night I had to use that coverage about 400 miles from home. I spoke with the manager Bruce around 8 PM because of some confusion with the roadside people. He made sure I was taken to a local motel for the evening and towed to the closest dealer to have the flat tire replaced. My only expense was the motel itself. Bruce was very nice especially considering my being pretty upset at the time.

I spoke with Laura directly while the tire was being replaced the next afternoon. I commended her staff for the level of service I had received, and she assured me that she would be looking into my experience with the roadside assistance people. Laura even went over the Club Eaglerider program with me and explained how it could help save me $100 per day next time I rent one of their bikes.

Looking forward to dealing with HD Tampa in the future, and will be renting another bike soon! Thanks guys!
