Bought my 2009 H-D VRCDX today from this Harley Davidson. Could not have been a better experience. My sales rep was Big Ryan, from the start his customer service absolutely exceeded my expectations. I've done customer service for the government, door to door marketing, retail sales, so I have huge standards.

The entire store made the buying process as easy as possible and was there for support, not a sale(obviously they know how to sell), they had truly made me feel part of the H-D family.

There was no pressure involved at all, only information given.
