Bought my first bike from them this Sunday. My experience actually started out a little rough with this place. I made an appointment to see a bike, but when I came it was missing parts and wasn't ready. Human mistake, we all do similar things at work. Ariel, the lady I was dealing with jumped on top of it and set up another appointment for me. This time around things were done better then perfect. Her communication skills are excellent. I wouldn't come back if it wasn't for her.
Richard Nelemans were the person to fix the situation. He and Ghost (Mike) made me feel like I was buying a bike and the world did not exist. They sure turned the tables around. I was heard, every question I had was answered. Was one of the most pleasant experiences I had purchasing something important like a first bike. Very friendly place. Ghost gave me a present- a little bell. he didn't have to do it at all, you don't get gesture like this at a place where all they want is to sell you stuff for as much as they can. I love my bell !
Oh, forgot to mention Fred Woods who was doing the finances. Patient, methodical. He printed out the forms for me with all the possible variations, so it was easier for me to understand what I am paying for. He answered all my questions in detail. Made it it a lot easier to understand the numbers. Thank you everyone involved. If my friends want to buy a bike I will send them here.
