I waited 5 months to review hoping Feldman would reach out to me after my negative experience I shared with them via their survey to resolve my issues with my purchase. I have bought 3 vehicles in 2 years from them at this point. I am just going to go to Sear's from here on out and give them a shot at my business since Feldman didn't take my survey seriously. I was hoping to resolve this directly but I guess they don't value my business.
