Nick Bauer at FCP Euro was able to help me cure the worst problem I've ever had with a Volvo: in a triumph of accountancy over engineering, Volvo designed the C30 and S40 with manual transmission with a plastic push rod in the clutch master cylinder. These rods break every 75,000 miles or so, and involve a lot of labor to replace. In Europe, this was an EU-mandated recall (with new master cylinders containing metal push rods), but in the US, where few people drive manual transmissions, Volvo USA remains blissfully unaware of the problem. FCP Euro (unlike US Volvo dealers) is able to get clutch master cylinders with metal push rods, thus eliminating the bane of my C30's existence. I'd like to personally thank Nick and FCP Euro for checking into this issue for me and for stocking a better-than-original replacement for my clutch master cylinder.

I've placed a number of orders with FPC Euro through the years. It can be hard to find parts for my car (BMW 850i) and on a couple of occasions FCP has spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone figuring out what I need and where they can get it. The prices are fair and, considering the car, parts availability is well above most suppliers.

"Guaranteed fit" radiator didn't fit. It took several modifications and using only have the mounting bolts to get it to work.

The wiper blade was damaged in the box when received. I chatted with FCP, and they sent a new one the next day. Totally not their fault, but they handled the situation very well. Will always call FCP for all my Volvo parts!

I purchased new Bilstein struts, shocks, and Lemforder mounts for my Mazda 3, which happen to be identical to parts for a Volvo S40! I've ordered from them a few times now, they go above and beyond to get you what you need. My most recent experiance.... ordered a bilstein front suspention kit for my 05 E46. At 3:17pm. i realized i forgot the coil springs. Their cut off for next day shipping is 2P. I was still able to next day the item and got my item the next day. (I live a 4 hour drive from them thats goin 80mph). So all in all i ordered, shipped, and installed the entire front suspention in less than 24 hours

Ordered an EGR valve for BMW diesel. Frustrated that BMW USA needed VIN and Licence number to release the discontinued part delaying shipment for a few days. Not FCP Euro's fault. Part arrived within stated time, was the correct part and fixed the issue. Dealing with FCP was worry free... BMW on the other hand....

I cannot express how much help these people were for me. They went WAY beyond the call of duty! I was traveling across country in my motor home when one of my windshield wipers stripped out. This was on an 18 year old vehicle. I was in OK on my way to CT, and stopped to visit a few days with my brother. I ordered a replacement part from FCP Euro and was told it would arrive on Thursday via UPS. I paid for it with paypal. On Tuesday, I checked their website to see if I could get a tracking number yet, and noticed that although I had specified a shipping address in OK it was being shipped to my paypal billing address in AZ. I called and they said sometimes paypal changes the shipping address back to the billing address!

It was too late to change the shipping address, so they sent me a free UPS return label for the one going to AZ and said they would send a second one to me in OK. It was going to be sent directly to me by VW and would arrive Friday. This was good, because I had a break in the bad weather, and if I left on Saturday, I could get all the way across tornado alley in good weather between two storm fronts.

On Friday, I got a call from my contact at FCP Euro. They were very upset because VW, instead of shipping it directly to me in OK like they had promised, had sent it to FCP Euro in CT. FCP Euro, AT THEIR EXPENSE, had the part overnighted to OK so I could make it across the plains in good weather. I got the part early Saturday morning, installed it and made it all the way to Pennsylvania before the bad weather caught up with me, and then it was just rain, not tornadoes!

This was service like you only dream about. The shipping errors were not their fault, but they made good on their promise to get me safely to my destination. I'm a 72 year old grandmother, traveling alone, and they took good care of me.

Received my order quickly, and the part was exactly what I needed and expected.
