I purchased a clutch and flywheel kit from FCP for my BMW. The pressure plate was really scratched and didn't look usable. I sent them pics and told them the problem, and they responded by email in less than half an hour, paid for return shipping, and overnighted a new kit (which looks excellent by the way.) I hope FCP never goes out of business, they have earned a customer for life. Shout out to Adam in customer service for being on top of things!
