Used to think they were great, not any more. Customer service is a surprising let down at this company - couldn't allow a price match on one product in conjunction with my "loyalty" discount (the pitiful 5% off they offer everywhere anyway), and with every new quote containing the price matched item, all other items became more expensive than the site listings. Lot's of back and forth for nothing, complete waste my time, went to a competitor and will look elsewhere first next time.
