Great company. I have only had one issue out of probably 20 orders between my wife and I. They had the wrong valve stem seals listed for a Mercedes that is kind of hard to get right due to every part being unique to only that model and also having to match with engine changes etc.

My machine shop called and said the seals were too small and I looked into it and found the problem and the correct part number. After three or four attempts over two days I finally got someone to ship out the correct seals overnight to the machine shop along with a return label for the first ones and took care of everything for me.

Outside of that problem, every other order has been perfect and packaged well. Sometimes they only carry the cheap brands + OE and not the better brands (that made the parts for the OE) but for most parts they have what I looking for.

I continue to buy from them and actually just placed another order last night because they had everything I needed in one place at the best price with cheap shipping.
