Such a great company for OEM and aftermarket parts for german cars. If FCP Euro has parts that I need for my Mercedes, then that's who I order them from. Usually has the best prices, free shipping for orders over $50, and a lifetime warranty on all parts they sell (no questions asked).

Quick, and by that I mean they put the parts in the mail quickly - often there is a lag which delays the delivery to you - even though you've spend extra dough for faster delivery.

FCPEuro has become my go to place online for ordering parts for my three older BMWs. I can choose the brand I want, pricing is very competitive, and I also can get free shipping (I almost always order more than $49!). If I need it quickly, they also offer reasonable priced two day shipping. Customer service is great, too. They always answer any questions I have and will take returns...no questions asked.

I've had good luck utilizing FCP Euro as a parts resource to keep my classic VW's and Mercedes on the road. Their prices are great and if they're more than happy to try and source a part for you if they don't have it.

I ordered a set of 90mm wheel studs for my e36..shortly after i put in my order i got a text from Ryan at FCP and even a missed call which i found super dedicated on his end to notify me that 90mm are backordered and they offered me 82mm s..i ordered this product over a week ago and they still havent shown up. Ryan did his part as far as customer service but i have no tracking number for my order or anything to show some sort of confirmation...i live in NY and should not have to wait 1 week for something to come from CT. I had things come from Hong Kong quicker..getting super impatient at this point!

Awesome service. There was an in warehouse error in puting my order together when it was supposed to which meant instead of getting in two days like i should it took a few extra days. They were super nice about it and refunded me my shipping before i even talked to them about it.

FCP Euro has always taken very good care of me. I recently needed a spring clip for electrical and other connectors on my BMW. Instead of just telling me they don't exist, the rep I worked with spent time researching and asking other team members for an answer. Unfortunately the answer was unavailable but the time and energy spent was commendable. Every FCP Euro experience I've had has been top-notch. 5 Stars!

I've placed several orders since purchasing my BMW last summer. I've been happy with the service, parts, and shipping. Until this last order. I ordered shocks and struts, and all the associated hardware (PLUS - they offer all of the above in an easy-to-order SKU). The parts arrived last Tuesday, and I quickly did an inventory against the packing list and the order sheet. Everything looked good. Then Friday, we put the car on the lift, tore everything apart, and put it back together. Well, almost. Turns out the two front struts, with different part numbers on the box, were the same part inside. Ooops. So, I contacted FCP. Unfortunately, it was past the Friday office hours. So I sent a message via the website. I got a reply from Patrick on Saturday, explaining that he could get a replacement out on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Okay. I understood based on operating hours that Tuesday is my earliest bet, and accepted that. All the while, my car is taking up my friend's only lift. Patrick sends a follow-up on Monday confirming he's placed my order, and I will have it today (Tuesday.) Now I receive an email that it is shipping today!! So, I contact FCP. They don't have any idea why it didn't ship. Worse, they made no attempt to accommodate or offer any remuneration for the delay. So, I hope it comes tomorrow. Moral: Don't order if you are truly in a rush for something

They shorted me a timing belt tensioner on my order R088804132 and instead of sending the missing part they just make empty promises.

They keep telling me they have to check inventory with their warehouse - if the count is off! Or someone has to approve the replacement (Story changes every call). Really?!?! Do they think I am going to cheat them out of one of the cheapest items of my order. Check your inventory count but SEND ME MY PART!

After all theses years being a loyal customer they treat me like a common criminal. They tell me every day they are going to overnight the missing and in stock item and yet nothing arrives. Very Very poor.

I was loyal for years even when my orders sometimes arrived looking like packed by a 5yo. with busted open boxes. NO MORE!!! Time to go somewhere else! I rather pay a few dollars more but have existing customer service, and not just people on phone telling me what I want to hear and then turn around and do nothing about my problem...

Great Price and lifetime warranty. Ordered part Sunday night and received it on Wednesday using USPS delivery. Part was made in Germany. It was a perfect match to the original VW part and works perfectly. I will definitely order again from this company.

The part I ordered for our 98 Volvo S70 T5 was the front left turn signal assembly. We chose the FREE SHIPPING option and the part arrived on time as promised.

The part was a perfect fit, was complete even including the bulb and it arrived in perfect condition.

The only negative is the part has a little different look than the original, clearer more modern looking plastic rather than the somewhat opaque look of the original.

Always been happy, been a customer for probably eight years now, never had an issue that they didn't fix.

There cooling fans fit my 2004 Jetta 1.8 T with 5 speed auto trans perfectly, while 2 other online vendors did not. Wrong hole pattern, and wrong O.D. Which meant I had to pay the return shipping costs to get my money back. Which really was costly, because I paid for next day shipping to my home. So I lost that money besides paying to ship them back!!!!!!

For my small fleet of Euro cars (BMW M3 Audi Q5 and VW Beetle) scheduled maintenance can't get done without a visit to the FCP Euro site. The lifetime warranty is super simple and is hassle free like they say. So far on my second alternator and second oil change. I plan to continue to use them so long as I own a car that can have parts purchased from them!
