Well designed site, prompt and thorough customer service, competitive pricing, loyalty rewards discounts, vast inventory and an impressive physical location.

I always have excellent service from them. Their warranty and prompt responses to my questions are accurate and exceptional. I did the entire coolant system on my 325i with their parts, and they even sent me the short plug for free on rush order when the wrong plug was included in my kit.

this place has it's act together. I had questions about a previous order, the life time warranty and got off the phone with a replacement grouping of parts equivalent to my previous order that was unavailable as a kit and they owed me money! Also they found the parts and put them in my shopping cart for me. Here is a useful tip...they seem to have special pricing on some items that can only be seen if you log in as opposed to checking out as a guest. It happened on a center tie rod drag link for my car and saved me 200 bucks when i was shown a link to a different manufacturer that didn't appear otherwise. Step one buy a German car...step two get an account at FCP.

I found FCP has the BEST price for my MB SL500 ABC Hydraulic 3 micron filter. And I love the fact that they offered "lifetime" warranty on parts and free return shipping. This gave me a peace of mind if the parts later fail on me. I will continue to shop here for my MB SL500 and BMW X5 vehicles.

Fast shipping and all the parts I ve ordered were the brands I ordered; nothing more, nothing less.

If ever there would be a delay in any of the parts I order, customer service is always quick to contact me to inform me and give an information regarding the delay and provode an alternate option.

Most online retailers would just ship out a similar part (i.e. A different brand) with no authorization from the customer just to complete an order and pass it off like it was ok. To those that are very particular about the brand and quality of parts they use in their vehicles, that just wont do.

This never happened to me with FCP Euro and with the care they give to their customers, i m confident it would never happen. I get the parts I chose and what I paid for.

Ordered my parts on January 10th 2018 and still waiting for it. Who can wait for 12-15 days for a part and I don"t have my car because of the stupid parts. I rather go to the dealer. Sometime it's not worth the trouble. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN.

Such a great company to buy parts from. Owning a BMW n54 I know that parts can be expensive. Knowing I will only need to buy them once means I will always be willing to wait a few days for the parts to be shipped across country. Already used the warranty once on a HPFP that was DOA. Super simple form to fill out and money was refunded in a few days.

I've ordered parts multiple times from FCP Euro. Usually arrive about 5-6 days later. Could not be happier with the quality of their parts and if you should have any questions whatsoever about fitment of a part for your particular vehicle, they are more than happy to help you out.

Been purchasing parts from these guys as my car is getting old. They have great customer service that is efficient, swift and friendly. Wasn't a believer of the Lifetime Replacement until I actually returned brakes/rotors/sensors. Shipping heavy auto parts is a drag but these guys made it worth the hassle. I also appreciate the level of security as I had my items shipped to a different address from billing address. They e-mail and verify purchase before shipping the items. I'd be a patron even if they didn't offer the Lifetime Replacement.

Have not had a good experience. The slowest shipping online BMW parts company. 4 instances, ordered a part 2 weeks in advance...didn't get here on time so I had to buy the part locally.

Pricing is terrible but I guess that's the cost of the lifetime warranty.

Oh yeah, lifetime warranty. They cut you off at their discretion. I change my oil 1x per month since my motor sees significant abuse and mileage. So for all of the hassle they screw you in the end. Total gimmick with no well defined rules...pretty much a scam.

Catalog is easy to navigate, order arrived promptly, safely packed.

FCP is my first go to for replacement car parts, not a big fan of the UPS SurePost, adds an extra day sometimes 2 to the delivery, but FREE shipping is still free shipping. Painless returns- an alternator belt tensioner broke during installation and FCP fully refunded the purchase price without question. I ordered replacement brake rotors for a 1995 Audi - they were not only able to assure correct fit (very important in these cars or you have spent 2 hours for nothing), the products arrived quickly with reasonable shipping, considering the weight of 4 brake rotors. I found a discount code after purchasing and they were still willing to apply it, which I appreciated. I will utilize them for further parts purchases.

Worst Online Store to buy parts from ya the parts are ok but the staff the ships items and sends them out are a bunch of complete idiots! Ordered about 620 bucks worth of parts paid 100 for fast shipping so I could fix my car to get to work the guy shipping it just makes it standard shipping so I called they refunded me said i could have free shipping on the next order so I said ok needed to order a few more things anyways order again picked the faster shipping once again they made it free but at the cost of the package not even being shipped untell 3 days after the order when I had to call once again to figure out why it has not shipped and been 3 days they said it was mess up in there system but there system did not have a problem taking my money! Now its Friday my packages were suppose to come today 2 of the packages did 1 did not and guess what happened to be the box I needed most and my coolant overflow came broken! That many problems mise well just pay volvo the extra money for oem parts at least they get there when they say and you wont have a massive headache or more heart problems like i already have just awful

there was a mix up in your posted part numbers. I contacted your customer support who did clear up the part number problem but, left me with a part I cannot use. I am still waiting for a return pack to send this part back and get a refund.

This order was not to my satisfaction at all. The order was to include a heater core and two o-rings. The o-rings did not get included in the order. When I called, the gentleman assured me that he would get the missing part out 'overnight'. Now it turns out that shipping is taking a week!

What's wrong with this picture?
1. The order was not filled correctly in the first place. That's basic.
2. Missing items in an order should be sent real overnight, at your expense.
3. The person on the phone should not say one thing and do another.
