I am slowly restoring a 1996 Volvo 850 wagon with the NA 2.4L 5 cylinder, and nearly all the parts that I have needed (pretty much the entire fuel system) have been found through them. I only wish that they were located nearer the west coast

I have to admit that they really stepped up their game. I order packages and receive them within 2 to 3 days. I think this is acceptable considering online ordering.
I think if they keep following this model they will become more successful as an online retailer. Getting customers their product within a timely manner is really important, especially when you're vehicle is up on jack stands waiting on a part. Before my parts would take anywhere from 5 to 10 days to arrive. So I would say they are improving. Keep up the good work. I'm changing my one-star review to four stars.

20 years ago there were foreign auto parts stores, where German branded parts and metric was spoken. They disappeared as large franchised chains popped up, but they don't carry oem brands or speak metric as well. As a shady tree mechanic, I like the local experience of picking up a part from a person. It's great that they offer at least three options fot most parts, speak metric and special tools, and stand behind their products. For me, they combine the inventory of an online foreign car parts supplier with local walk-in convenience.

I did not need the part as the car is being bought back by Audi. They took back the part within 90 days. I had left 40 dollars cash in the box for payment of the shipping back to a friend. The friend never took the money out. I was contacted by FCP euro that they found the 40 dollars. They paid to have it sent back to me.

I ordered this item "Mazda Ball Joint Front Lower (626 MX-6) - 101-4083". The picture on the website showed the ball joint and the bolt and FCP had the BEST price. When the package came there was no bolt with the ball joint. I needed the bolt.
I contacted FCP and they were very accommodating. They realized that the picture of the part did not match their inventory. They offered two options to resolve the problem: a.Return the part and get full credit on shipping and merchandise or b.they would pay the cost for the bolt and I could source it elsewhere. I returned the part. They paid for return shipping and gave me full credit on my order. No problem. I will do business with them again. They are honest.

Great service. They stock a lot of high quality parts for my older BMW X5. Shipping to Canada took about a week, but that was okay because I planned out the repair. What can I say.... everything is great :). I made an error ordering a product, and it wouldnt fit my car. They even gave me return shipping label.... I dont buy from anywhere else anymore.
So I bot a heater core and when i got it the box they shipped it in was in great condition but when I opened it there was a second box that was just destroyed and the heater core inside had more than half the fins flattened and both plastic sides where shatered so be carful buying anything "fragle" from then as I'm still trying to get a replacement for there damaged one

Great site for Euro parts, and it's great that they research and give options between genuine, OEM, and aftermarket parts. Easy to use website. The search option allows you to input OEM part numbers with ease. Recently received a large order that had some physical issues during shipping, causing the box to have an unexpected opening before arrival. I contacted customer service and Kyle was quick to answer. Kyle had me inventory the remaining contents and shipped out the missing parts. I received them next day with a heartfelt apology from Kyle. Overall a good experience.

I placed and order "R701048878" and I never received complete order and there was a missing part. I called service desk and they sent an item which didn't fit my car. I called again service desk and gave my car VIN number then they said they don't have a right part in stock and asked me to send the item back. After returning the item, they are not giving refund if I ask for refund they say it was a replacement order so no refund. Okay! I didn't get the part in my original order so they sent it and now that didn't fit I am returning the part shouldn't I get refund for it? How can they charge for the part I didn't receive? I never expected this from them.
