I've ordered from them a few times now, they go above and beyond to get you what you need. My most recent experiance.... ordered a bilstein front suspention kit for my 05 E46. At 3:17pm. i realized i forgot the coil springs. Their cut off for next day shipping is 2P. I was still able to next day the item and got my item the next day. (I live a 4 hour drive from them thats goin 80mph). So all in all i ordered, shipped, and installed the entire front suspention in less than 24 hours
The people you talk to on the phone are very respectable and assist you right away. Their shipping department does a great job packing everything up.
