Always a pleasant visit with fast and efficient employees

Mrs Betty was the best there! So nice to our kids and so helpful to our family, made the whole visit worth it!

We absolutely love Ms.Betty! She was the hardest worker I ve ever seen there. She made our experience extra special.

Miss Betty, who works there, is an awesome person. She is so friendly and helpful.

Good for lunch. I appreciate the weird Coke machine that lets you customize your drinks and has like a gazillion options.

I am rating this five stars for two reasons the main reason is a woman named Betty. Everytime u go into this location she's amazing. Very sweet and welcoming and the food is good. But I also am very disappointed with the managing staff. Not only did the manager start to take our order and rang it up wrong when he was informed of his mess up he spoke so rude n loud with his staff. We could hear him from the booths. He not only told his staff we lied about are order to make himself look like he didn't mess up but he was rude to his staff member trying to point out the mistake made. Now why not listen to the issue fix it and be done simple. But no he had to be loud rude n disrespectful he shouldn't have his job period. But Betty they should be thankful n blessed to have.

We love this Fazoli's and go there frequently, as it's close to where we live. Ms. Betty and the others are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help the patrons.

Mrs. Betty is the kindest person ever! Amazing service and food

I came in today for my first time with my boyfriend and his mother who are locals. Ms Betty was so sweet and really took her time explaining the lunch specials. She was so warm and inviting. I had low expectations for fast food Italian but as delicious as the food was (and the breadsticks oh my lord), ms Betty was even sweeter. She made our day.

The food is usually always good but the drive thru wait time is horrible. I usually only get a slice of pizza and breadsticks and I will literally sit at the window over 10 minutes waiting for that while the workers are inside goofing off and talking. It's super frustrating because I just want something quick before going to work.

Visited today for the first time in probably 3 years and I won t be back. The quality of the ingredients has taken a huge dive. I remember the chicken parm- my fav menu item- being this large, crispy piece of juicy chicken. Now, it s a chicken nugget that is not crispy, very dry, and tough to cut, had to take the chicken out, and I ve had to drink pepto after this meal. Yuck.

The breadsticks are still the best and what gave the review 2 stars. Just not worth the $. I d pay an extra $2 and go to the Olive Garden.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. One of the cashiers/servers sang Happy Birthday to my sister, it was very sweet

Shout out to the manager of the Nicholasville Rd (at Zandale) Lexington KY location. My two pasta dinners were dripping through the bag when handed to me at the drive through window. I handed back and the employee fixed it (I thought) and handed back to me. When I picked the bag up from my passenger seat when I got home it all fell through and went all over my seat and floor! Needless to say I was quite upset. I called the restaurant, told him what happened, and he didn t even question redoing my order. When I got back to the restaurant I told him about the mess in my car and he came out and cleaned it up with no complaints. I ll have to get a car wash tomorrow, but he was very nice and had my new order to me quickly. Appreciate his customer service.

Clean, friendly and the breadsticks are always made properly. What more could you want?

The spaghetti did not taste good. It tasted like it had been cook in either white pepper or the dust from pencil shaving. Or burnt plastic. Totally ruined my evening meal. I had the $5 meal. the SALAD and breadstick and sauce were fine. .i threw it away. The spaghetti YUCK!

Out of large cups and several different drinks. Def not on top of their stuff today.

Food was good but manager at this particular location not very friendly. Seems to have a bit of a bad attitude. Have noticed several times while visiting this location.

The Pizza tasted rubbery and their meatballs tasted like little pieces of burnt Tire the staff was very rude but their breadsticks were okay

I'll admit I don't visit here often, but the handful of times I have were bad. Food was cold and took a very long time. 20 minutes, 15 minutes seems a bit long to be serving cold food. Yuck. We won't be back. Also, the cashier was passing cigarettes to other employees while taking our order the last time we were there. Lol I am an ex smoker so I don't think smoking is nasty or offensive, but I'd rather you not be doing that while taking my order.

Had baked spaghetti noodles a little over cooked but still good the girl at drive thru was awesome....

Always enjoyed Fazoli's. Their bread sticks are hard to beat. They've made lots of improvements over the last several years and makes them even better. I've only visited this location a couple times, but each time was a good experience.

Service was wonderful. And breadsticks are delicious. So is the food.

No bread sticks with my combo... Why would I even show up in the first place? Torched. I'm pissed.

Fairly clean and service was quick. The food was also a bit better than the average Fazolis

Decent faux Italian, we go for the friendly staff and free bread sticks.

First time in and they had some good choices for lunch. The only problem I had was the over load season in the breadsticks and a very plain and boring house salad.

Customer service was absolutely wonderful! I feel like the food has definitely improved tenfold from the last time I was here. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy. And the breadsticks... Sooo good. I definitely give this place 5 stars for an amazing experience!

Very slow drive thru service but food was good and hot and lady was nice.

This location is really nice and of course the endless breadsticks are always hot, fresh, and amazing!

I use to love going to Fazoli's, but now the portions are smaller and the prices are higher. It's unfortunate and I no longer visit. It doesn't help that the staff here are slow either. Their breadsticks are amazing and still my favorite though like Olive Garden. A to go bag of the breadsticks is the only thing I get now.

This place is amazing. Staff is so friendly! We are not from KY and have never eaten at a Fazoli s before until today. Their food was made quickly and served fresh and OH SO GOOD! Definitely wish we had one closer to home- making an attempt to come back another time before we leave!

The food at the location is definitely appetizing. The only problem I have had in the past and hopefully not repeated in the future is ommitted items in a to go or delivery order.
