I was very happy with primal urges for my piercings. Chad was awesome and I definitely would recommend you go to him for your next piercing. I contacted him through email and he would reply back really fast. I'm glad I did my research and made the 3 hour trip to get my piercings done here! If I decide to piercing anything else I will make the trip again.

I called primal urge last Friday wanting to make an appointment for a half sleeve tat the next Saturday. They told me to email them a picture and they would email me back with a time and price. Seven hours later no reply back, so I called. I talked to a girl who didn't know anything about booking an appointment and told me "Tim" was busy. I waited another day and still didn't hear anything back. Needless to say, I went to lucky bella in Maumelle and couldn't be more pleased with my tattoo.
This place seemed very unorganized, who wants to do business with a shady company?? They lost a long term client and I won't waste my time with them in the future!

Tim did an excellent job on my wifes cover up tattoo! Would reccomend to anyone!

Paid to get an owl tattoo on my chest. He tattooed some scribbles that sort of form an owl and shaded only the wings, terribly at that. A few days later he packed his shop and moved locations without notifying me or finishing the tattoo. Don't go here. (This was probably 2 years ago from the time of this post.)

I had a Daith pearcing for my migraines. Chad was amazing. He was so kind and understanding of the pain that I was in at the time of my visit. I have suffered with migraine headaches for 50 yrs, and since I had this done, I have been headache free. I am so thankful for you Chad!!!

Love this place! Very clean and very polite people. I got the daith piercing for migraines. I had a migraine when I went in and it was instant relief. I thought it was just because my ears were sore, but still no migraine and I had them daily! I am a believer so far...if it helps my migraines at all, then that will be worth it to me! I got a tattoo last Tuesday. Tim said it would take 7-14 days for the colors to come out. It's too early for me to say anything about it.

Have tried for over a month to get in to have a small tattoo reshaded. Every time I call it s always call me back next week. This has gone on for several weeks. I will and suggest you take your tattooing needs someplace else.

I took little red here to get her ears pierced. Chad was great with her. She had a little break down before she got them pierced and he was so patient!

- side note. I found out several hours later that she had no idea that a needle was even used.

Chad is AMAZING. A couple friends and I decided to go get piercings and he was so patient with us (we were super nervous). He let us play music, and we laughed and had a great time. I'm very pleased. Will definitely go back for all future piercings.

I had an appointment to get a cartilage piercing (two other friends went with me to get piercings of their own as well: industrial & doubles). I went in SO nervous to get the piercing! It was not at all as bad as I thought it would be. Chad was so great! He was so calm (which helped great with my nerves) and did everything professionally. I enjoyed my time here, and if I ever get another piercing I will definitely be coming back!

My daughter and I went a got piercings today, her ears and my ears and nose. all questions we had where explained and fears or concerns where eased. There was also a little after care and TLC that was very appreciated. Was a very exciting experience. Loved it. Very recommended.

I've gotten my nose and cartilage piercing done by Chad. They are very professional, sanitary, gentle, and all around amazing. Never had any problems out of my piercings and will only go to Primal Urge for any further piercing.

i have a question. if you are under 18 and wanna get your cartilage pierced do you have to have any kind of i.d if a parent is with you?

This guy was awesome, I'm scared if needles but the nose peircing was fast and painless. Well worth the amount I paid.

I'm giving 4 stars due to only getting a piercing. I do not know about the tattoo quality. But as I read on Google's reviews, Chad is the man when it comes to piercings! Great guy and he took care of my wife and I nice and quick, it only cost $60 to get both of our lips done. If ur lookin to get a piercing go see Chad!

I got my ear piercing for headache I been head a free ever since 4 months ago

I have several things to say. First off; Chad was super professional, calming, and made sure I was 100% good with everything he was going to do before he even touched me. Second; the shop was immaculately clean. Third; I was put at ease by the amount of knowledge Chad has about his profession, the specific piercings (Daith) I wanted, and the after care. Chad gave me his card and said if ever I have questions or problems with the piercings, give him a call and he'll help me out. I'm sure he does this with all his clients, but it is comforting to know I am not getting a piercing and shoved out the door. I have somewhere to turn if anything happens with it. And forth; the cost, $45 plus tax for each Daith piercing, including jewelry. I would have paid sooo much more for the relief I am experiencing. Now for the piercings; I had my Daith on both ears pierced for migraine relief. I went in being hopeful, but reserved on weather or not it would work. IT WORKS! I had a severe migraine when I went into the shop, when I left, it was already down to a lower level than my migraines have been in years.. over 25 years. I have exhausted all medication paths, including botox, with little to no effect. I am over the moon with how well these piercings work. It is advised to pierce the Daith on the side you have your migraines, I pierced both since I have them on both sides (left predominately). I am so happy with this decision. I highly recommend Chad for piercings. I am so happy!

Had to take my septum out 30 minutes after getting it. Was pierced wrong, bad quality jewelry, and poor service. Sold me the wrong sized jewelry & wouldn t trade it out.

Wrong placing for my septum, no count down, completely rubbing against my cartilage. Went to Electric Panther to have it removed and setting a new appointment there to get it repierced.

Great artist, very clean and friendly staff. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Me and my friend went to the shop and both of our piercings were done INCORRECTLY and then refused to answer calls and text and refused to refund our money.
