I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason Ambrosio at this dealership to buy my car. Saw the ad online, was easy to set up a time to test drive the car and he answered the questions I had! The process was actually a lot easier than I thought! They are a partner with BECU so financing was easy, and Jason made sure it went fast.

I love my car and would work with this dealership and Jason in the future!

We bought a new 2015 Camaro, the salesmen were very no pressure. We initially said we did not want a new car because we did not want to take the depreciation hit. We had looked at some used and discussed the reason for our decision to not purchase new. We were able to work out a deal that would put us in a new car for very little more than a clean used one. Very enjoyable experience! The reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 was that calling back to get the information on the note for the car the person in finance was bordering on being rude because I was asking questions she did not want to answer and was expecting me to take the "pat" answer which was a little on the shady side. In this day and age of computers (I am a software engineer by trade), there is no reason the financing shouldn't be with the lender upon underwriting of the loan. I got a story that it takes 1 to 2 weeks for this to happen, all the while they are dinging you for the interest rate that is a couple points higher than is the nominal rate for our credit worthiness. So bring your own financing and it will be a slam dunk.

This experience was fine. However, my past experiences (except for dealing with my salesman and the guy who helped me customize my truck) have never been good. In general my past experiences have ended with myself or my wife feeling angry and frustrated by the terrible customer service, and down right rudeness we were met with. I could give you an earful. Honestly, I would never come back if they hadn't offered free oil changes for the life of my truck (with the purchase of a new vehicle).

Best experience yet. I'm in my 50s and have been through the new\used car buying experience many times. The salesman was attentive to my needs and understood that I didn't want another 8 hour buying extravaganza. We sat right down, worked the numbers, wrote it up and I drove away in less than 2 hours with every question I had fully answered. Very professional, very honest and straight forward on all counts. Best experience ever. I highly recommend Good Chevrolet because their prices are low and actually posted on the internet. Thank you Craig Johnson!

I brought my car in for service at Good Chevrolet after having bad experiences with the Auburn dealership. The people in the service area were really friendly and actually listened to my concerns. They even had a technician ride with me to better diagnose the noise my car was making. They were quickly able to find and resolve the issue - and they didn't even charge me for reinstalling the part that Auburn had incorrectly installed. The service here was definitely worth driving a little further for, and I plan to bring my car back to Good Chevrolet next time I'm having issues.

first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and couldn t have had a better experience. Ramon picked out a truck he thought I would like and boy was he right! He was supposed to be off work around 5 but he stayed late being that I couldn t get there until 6, Had the truck ready and warmed up waiting for my test drive, then stayed until around 9P.m. without hesitation until we could finalize the purchase. Would recommend good Chevrolet as a dealership and to ask for Ramon, guys got a good eye and was very easy to work with!

Internet sales manager, R. Miller, is horrible. Once word answers, no details, no effort. Considering GM is on Strike, you think the guy could make just the smallest effort on a used car sale. Oh-well, there doesn't seem to be a shortage of used cars or dealers out there, so I guess I'll move on.

I bought a vehicle at first vehicle was good payed for extra warranty come to find out warranty void because it was manufactured in Canada and my vehicle isn't eligible to transfer for the American warranty I get different vehicle Chevy sonic and i get ripped off had promises that weren't kept and so I go back to have dealership follow through on promises and I am told by a manager leave this property never step foot here again or ur gonna get arrested so I go and tell the bank gesa cu and they tried to cover everything they tell me drop off vehicle and everything will be covered by the dealership well they paid some of it but not all and now when I call they give me run around and then through a receptionist they tell me I can't talk to you talk to someone else and that was main manager ill be honest never again am I buying from dealership and I am going to talk to consumer protection now I will go all the way to have them pay for the collections and also for the headaches through them I will take them to court too I am a soldier and I haven't had such bad experience anywhere this is a nightmare I say its in the name horrible Chevrolet not good Chevrolet

Recently purchased a new car from Good. Saw a great deal on Autotrader and headed down to the dealership. Our salesman was nice and took his time to show us each car, he wasn t pushy and made the car buying experience stress free. Everyone in the dealership was nice and welcoming.

The reason for the low rating was due to how the price of the vehicle was advertised. Once we arrived to the dealership, we learned that we weren t eligible for the price advertised because we didn t qualify for a myriad of rebates that were being offered. That information was hidden in the fine print of the ad. Seemed like a bait and switch tactic to get us into the showroom. Since my current car was having mechanical problems and we didn t have reliable transportation and not being from the area due to being in the middle of a move, I succumbed and purchased the car. If I had the ability to go elsewhere, I would have.

Worst experience I could ever have. It seemed like the dealer (someone named John) didn't want to sell the car at all. It was used Nissan Altima that I wanted to buy which was worth 13700 and I was looking for finance.
Even when I said what my credit score is, he was not willing to give me the interest rate. He ran my credit (I got interest rate of 1.9% from Honda for same credit so my credit wasn't bad). He came up with the plan in which I had to pay 24k for the car worth 13.7 which was clearly not acceptable.
No follow up after that. It seemed like he didn't want to sell the car at all. Wasted my time and trip.
I won't recommend at all.

Our family has purchased a lot of cars from good Chevrolet. I purchased a new blazer 2021 and the service was great like always. Teddy helped get what I needed as a college student and it was easy and fast! After owing my new car for a week I have zero complaints and I m loving the new ride! Thanks Teddy. I would definitely recommend Teddy, great guy and great service at good Chevrolet.

My son needed a new car quickly this was his first experience working with a car lot and it was awesome. To start off with Andrea was very helpful with a beautiful smile put us in a car (my son's original want) and took us for a test drive, how brave of her and then took us back to start the process of owning this car.
We actually ended up with a different car as John quickly came to our aid when the original was out of range. He took control, after another sales person left us hanging because he didn't want to tell you us that that price was out of the price range not sure why, it's a car lot for goodness sake with a numerous choice of cars to look at. Ok back to John he was so helpful, determined and diligent in getting my son a car we left out of there with a 2013 Malibu that my son lived even more. What an awesome team Andrea and John were (John had just been back a few days and came through like a champ) in my opinion. My son is extremely happy and I would recommend all my friends and anyone to go see John he will get the job done. Thank you John and Andrea.

I had a previous experience with other dealers from other shops and it was awful and I thought all dealers would be the same, but Mike changes that view, he makes your visit worth coming and he never wastes your time beside his honesty on everything. I first found the car I wanted online and called Richard Graham to get details. Due to our unlucky history with other car dealerships, I had a lot of questions for Richard. He was very professional and understanding about our fears. Richard answered all of my questions and put my concerns to rest. He took care of most of the business so we could come in and test drive the car that I saw online and not have to sit at the dealership for a long time. The car was perfect! Clean and everything that I was hoping. Richard was so helpful in getting our interest rate down and our payments low. I would recommend him anytime to someone looking for a vehicle that may have concerns with credit history or issues in the past with buying unfit cars. He was great! We are a very happy family!

Drove for over 3 hours one way when we got there we were pass off to another salesman only to find out the car was not there nor could any one tell us when it sold . I do believe the car was sold before our trip they just wanted us to make the trip hoping we buy another car . We were pLanning on spending over 50,000 in cash but left empty handed with a 3 hour drive home . The Whole day was pretty disappointing .

Wow....thanks Teddy so much for selling a "nice working truck". Looking me in the eye and lying so easily. I dont see how you people do it. Saying anything to get me to buy it. Hasnt even been 24 hours! Now check engine light is on. (!) Light is on and AT check light blinks when turning it on. Not to mention the loud clicks after first turning key over to start truck. Man this guy really had me going since i told him about my previous experiences, and he assured me they were different.....but nope! Still sold me a faulty vehicle, but gotta remember. sold as is! SMH DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP if you want a WORKING vehicle. Wow....wow.....wow.

I've gone here 3 times now due to its close proximity. All three times I encountered substandard service. The most recent was the last straw. I had set up an appointment for an oil change at 8am, and after waiting FOUR hours, I asked what the status was on my car. I was then informed that mine would be "next in line". It was terrible! Not only that, but my windshield wiper pump "mysteriously" quit working when I finally picked my car up the following day. If that wasn't enough,my suspension is dangerously loose now. Upon investigation under the hood, it appeared as though someone had tried various "repairs" with a sledge hammer. Several cracked plastic housings over the electrical compartment and fuses.
I don't care if I have to drive 30min - 1hr out of my way, I will NEVER go here again! I'll be filing a formal complaint after posting this review.

My wife and I live in East Wenatchee. Good Chevrolet had the caddy I thought I wanted so I called and set up an appointment with AJ. When I arrived, he had Craig Johnson show me the cars and he did an outstanding job. He spent several hours showing all the cars that would fit my tall size and I ended up with a Buick. I can't say enough about the low key but very professional approach used by Craig. I was happy with the experience, and am now delighted with the car. I wish google would allow me to write the whole story, but they limit their characters on here to so many words. I encourage anyone and everyone to stay as far from this place as possible. This dealership sold a used vehicle in very dangerous conditions and it should not have been allowed off of the lot. The worst part about it is that they lied on the inspection sheet saying that everything was 100% okay on the vehicle. Immediately upon getting the vehicle home I found way more then I am going to speak about here wrong with the vehicle. The biggest item though was a leak in the front and rear axle. A Local dealership had told me it had been leaking for a while and I was lucky to catch it. "Good" Chevrolet marked this item as "Not leaking" on their inspection sheet. To think that "Good" Chevrolet would allow a vehicle like this to leave their dealership in such terrible condition. To allow me, a human being to get behind the wheel of this vehicle knowing that this vehicle was unsafe. What if the axles had locked up and self-destructed from having no gear oil left; I could have been thrown into a wall after 65mph in the rain! After searching for a vehicle for months I can tell you that there are dealerships out there 100 times better, friendlier and more adept. STAY FAR FAR AWAY! The salesman will greet you with kind smiles and then leave you hanging when there is a problem. I experienced it first hand!

I had the most amazing excellent buying experience at Good Chevrolet. After visiting multiple dealerships in search of a very specific vehicle, and being disappointed by the customer service elsewhere, I was elated to have such a simple experience with Jordan. From test drive to paper signing, Jordan made the entire process smooth, seamless, and quick. These folks do a great job taking care of their customers, and everyone seemed very happy to be working there. Will return next time I need a new car. Thanks!

I had been looking for a slightly used, lower mileage Jeep Wrangler that would work for me as a daily driver and still be fun for weekends and vacations. When I showed up at Good Chevrolet, I knew they had one or more Jeep's that might fit my requirements. Showing up at opening on a Sunday, Brett came up to us and greeted us, talked with us to understand what we were looking for and brought out the Jeep we took home. Brett wasn't pushy, in fact encouraged me to bring my wife back and really consider the purchase. He was there every step to make sure everything was taken care of and we got exactly what we were looking for. Including making sure that it got all the safety items addressed quickly and turned over to us to enjoy.

The car buying process is not something I particularly enjoy doing on my weekend morning, but the experience I had at Good Chev was excellent. My salesman Charlie Nguyen was very professional and courteous, greeting me the moment I walked up to the door. He was able to answer any questions I had and was very helpful and informative while I test drove a few cars I was interested in. There was no haggling over prices and the free oil changes for life was a nice perk. Overall it was a very pleasant experience with everyone involved and I wouldn't hesitate to return again if I was looking for another vehicle.

If I could give zero stars I would. 1 week before arrival We wired 24,100 to purchase a truck to Good Chevrolet as we were coming from fairbanks Alaska. Two days before arriving they sold the truck! When we got there we decided on another truck for 25,000 which is more than we had originally planned. During the end of signing all the paperwork they said we had not negotiated 25 with Richard grahm and had to pay the full price of the truck of 26,500. Unfortunately Richard had stepped out. A very rude manager came in and said he cant loose that much money. Ramone was the one who sold the truck, unfortunately he wasnt given proper on boarding so it wasnt his fault. Dave in finance was pleasant to deal with. Overall I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Take your business to a place that wants to help the customers and has some basic onboarding and customer service skills.

Not pleased with our experience. We had to wait behind a couple who was not prepared with all their paperwork and sat for well over an hour plus playing our phones to pass the time. The pre-owned car we bought was kept over the weekend to go to the "Shop" but it was not even detailed by the looks of it, stained carpets, some type of white stuff stuck on the passenger speaker, and then we only got one key. It's been 2 weeks now since they said they'd get us the second key they promised. Over-promised and under-delivered. I do feel like once they got our money and our trade-in that they no longer cared to follow-thru or deliver good customer service. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to family or friends.

Far better service than any of the other dealerships I had gone to. The salesmen let us walk the lot and didn't make me feel like we were being hounded from the moment we got out of the car. Everyone was friendly and my questions were answered and explained to me in a way a first time buyer could easily understand. My dealings with them so far would make me strongly recommend Good Chevrolet -Skip and Jimmy in particular- to anyone who may be looking for a car.

Her customer service and great personality moved me to start thinking about possibly purchasing a new car because of the current issues I am facing with my current car. We came in late about 2 hours before they closed, but our salesman Renzo was super helpful. He treated us with kindness and did not pressure us into anything we didn t want. We told him what we wanted he worked the best he could to make our buying experience a no hassle one. We really appreciate a salesman who has our best interest and not make us feel like another deal, another sale type of thing. He was great and we highly recommend him if you ever stop in. We got a great deal and walked out with a new car that night.

i had found the car on line but it didnt have a price and almost passed it up but my husband told me to ask i got in to contact with a gentleman named cody. he told me the price and it was in our limit so we told him we would be there. when we left that morning i was nervous it would get bought since it was an amazing deal so i called him and told him since it was two hours away to please hold it for me so the drive wasnt for nothing, he said he would. we got there and true to his word he had the keys and was waitong for us. we talked about it and he showed us the car we took it for a ride and loved it instantly. we got the paper work rolling and it was fast and easy they gave us the up front price and told us everything we were paying for. we had only 1500 cash and thats all we paid that day, we loved that there was no hidden fees. they even set us up with an insurance broker that got us amazing full coverage. i love my honda crv now and will definitely go back for future cars. thank you Cody.

I needed to buy a car for work. I had seen a vehicle that would suit my needs perfectly on the web, as advertised at Good Chevrolet, and gave them a call. Richard picked up and said they still had the car on the lot, and to come on in. I arrived at the dealership, and another salesperson immediately asked if I needed help. I told him who I was there to see, and he proceeded to get Richard Graham, the sales person I had spoken to over the phone. When I indicated which vehicle I was interested in seeing, he immediately went out and found the car and drove it up for me to test drive. After the test drive, we went in to the showroom to talk about the terms of the sale. The whole process was exceedingly straight forward with no runaround, and Richard (Graham) and Carrie in their finance dept. could not have been more friendly and helpful. Carrie even found me better finance terms than those we had originally talked about. Richard even followed me in the new car back to my house, and I live over an hour away. I would strongly recommend Good Chevrolet in Renton for anyone in the market for a new or used car. 5 Stars !!!

Avoid!

Avoid!

#1 Reason: Service, sly sneaky. I had a tire repair not long ago, they offer free oil changes so I use that service, but no more.

Here s why.

They told me I needed 4 new tires knowing 2 weeks prior I purchased one brand new back tire. Not only that but there unwelcoming, unprofessional and smell. Well most of the service people smell.

So I m telling you in my experience you should avoid this location for service repairs and go else where for service.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I am SO happy I ended up going to Good Chevrolet. I sent an email via their website and received a call within minutes from Bryan. I was able to keep in contact with Bryan through text which was convenient for me since I needed to change my test drive time. Upon arrival I was greeted by at least three people before I hooked up with Bryan for the test drive. My husband and I ended up taking another vehicle for a test drive with Justin because Bryan had another appointment and we wanted to take our time. I was especially happy with Justin's honest answers when I asked him what common problems the make and model we liked had. Within an hour we had our financing done by the amazing Carrie and were out the door with our new truck!
I texted Bryan the next day asking about the headphones and remote for the DVD feature that were missing. He had a new box of them waiting when we came back a few days later to hand over the down payment check. We were then floored when Carrie let us know she found an interest rate nearly half less than the original rate and got everything switched over. We then spoke with Justin about some concerns we had with the truck's undercarriage and he had it taken care of promptly and Bryan sent us off in a loaner shortly after while they fixed the problem.
The people here are amazing- I can see why they had almost five stars on Google which is what sent me there in the first place. Good Chevrolet should change it's name to GREAT Chevrolet!

Our salesperson Richard showed my mother the exact vehicle we were looking for at Good Chevrolet in Renton. Even though it was a Chrysler he showed her how certain features worked. It had been 20 years since she has had a new vehicle. He took us on a test drive and it was all said and done.
My mother is very happy with her purchase and I am very happy with the ease and efficient way we were handled. From the time we hit the door to the time we drove off, everyone was friendly and accommodating at the dealership. . Even financing wasn't the usual nightmare. Richard and AJ even took the car for an oil change, so no worries or the next 5 months. That is above and beyond in my book. We would recommend them to our friends and family and I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Had the most terrible experience there today. First, the description of the truck the had on line was WAY off. They claimed it was fully loaded, sun roof and all. When I got there, the truck wasn't even there. We waited 45 min for it to get there. When it did, it was not fully loaded... It was a base model, lifted, missing speakers, no sun roof, bald tires (sales guy tried to tell me they were at 60%, bs, bald is bald) no break control (which I called and asked if it had one, sales guy said he'd check, called me back and said yes it did... LIE) the side steps were removed even though they were in the pic and description. It literally was a base model with a lift. So, after explaining to him that this is not what was in the ad, he "poo-pooed" it and rushed us in to talk numbers. He wanted 33K for the truck. We have the SAME truck, a year older, lifted, short box FULLY loaded we wanted to trade.... Insult to injury... He offered us 20k for trade value! What? We'll sell you a lower model truck, a year newer for 13k more then we'll offer you for you for your fully loaded truck with about the same amount of miles. We'd gotten a trade offer of almost 30k earlier in the day. The sales guy at Good Chev (Bobby) was late, rushed, pushy, rude and extremely disrespectful. The manager wasn't much help either.

If you feel the NEED to buy from Good Chev, avoid Bobby like the plague! His disrespectfulness will prevent me from ever returning there again. I will also spread the word to everyone I know and, yes, put him and the dealership on blast on the internet.

Here's to you "Good" Chev... You suck!!!

Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced in my life. I showed up at 6:15pm and the first question I asked the salesman was, "What time do you close?" He answered, "We close at 8:00pm, but we stop taking customers at 7:00pm." I was able to look at 2 vehicles, but this took a while because the salesman pulled the wrong keys from his key-box and I had to wait until he went all the way back and got the right keys. After I was done looking at the 2 vehicles, they did not fit my requirements, so I asked to look at 2 more trucks. The salesman surprised me when he answered, "You're going to have to schedule an appointment for tomorrow morning because we stop taking customers at 7:00pm, and I'm tired and want to go home." After my astonishment from his answer I replied, "I understand that you stop taking customers at 7:00pm, but I got here at 6:15pm and it's currently only 6:40pm, so why can't I look at 2 more trucks?" He said, "Because I'm tired and we stop taking customers at 7:00pm." Again I reminded him it was only 6:40pm. I went and spoke with the sales manager and told him of my situation and the sales manager was just as rude. He said to me, "Just like Nordstroms stops taking customers 15 min. before they close is just like why we stop taking customers at 7:00pm." My reply was, "First off Sir, it's only 6:45pm and you said you stop taking people at 7:00pm and need I remind you I've been here since 6:15. Plus, you're nothing like Nordstroms, they actually serve their customers until the actual closing time, not early like you are doing." The sales manager got even more rude by saying, "If you're really going to buy a truck, you're going to be here until like 2:00am, you know that right?" I replied, "Actually I'm just wanting to look at 2 trucks tonight, and if I like one I was going to buy one tomorrow. But since you want to push your customers out so rudely, I'm happy to spend my hard earned money somewhere else who actually cares." So I left............and the following day, I purchased a $43,000 truck from another dealer, one who actually was very nice.

I've bought two suburban from Good, specifically Ted Sharp. Sincere guy and quick to get the deal done. He offered me fair priced vehicles and warranties. We had a few minor issues and the service department was quick to respond. Overall I'd recommend them to family and friends.

My only constructive advice, if you're looking for a car, call ahead and ask for Ted, otherwise you will be stalked by the junior guys standing out front. All of which are nice guys, but somewhat intimidating and give off the unfortunate "car salesmen" stigma.

I ve had so many issues with this used car that I bought from this dealership.Great customer service, they know how to get you to buy a car! Right when I got into the car(after signing my life away), a salesperson walks over to tell my brother that the passenger door lock needs to be locked manually(red flag #1), Gas was on EMPTY(red flag #2), Battery light comes on very next morning red flag #3). Car has since been into maintenance dept. more than 5 times since I bought it Aug.2017.smh I can t even tell you how much I REGRET ever trading in my car here. So many problems with this truck!! I ve had 4 different things replaced already from starter issues, and electrical issues. Last week, I was driving with kids in the car, and the engine started stalling, doors locked/unlocked, pulled over to park it and it died out. I had to pay for towing. Warranty doesn t cover a cable that was replaced. $255. List goes on. It ll be back again. This car has been a NIGHTMARE!
