Love a restaurant that has a great menu to choose from. Food is good to.

Betty is always very personable and has a smile for us at lunch visits. She always makes us laugh! The rest of the staff is nice too!

Lexington s best kept local secret. Fantastic underpriced delicious fresh hot pasta meals and excellent customer service. Fettuccine alfredo and meatsauce spaghetti and garlic breadsticks and meatballs hit the sweet spot. Can t beat this for the price! We ll definitely return.

Ms.Betty was an amazing woman and a great worker at the fazolis on nichlosville rd she has a smile that will brighten anyones day and was excellent inside and out

The food was great and Betty was so patient with my little one as he decided what he wanted.

It is difficult to make a good review of a fast food restaurant, because it is not very healthy meals, even though we have to eat fast food, we must choose among those who are doing their best to improve. And Fazoli's is one of them, I was over 10 years old that I didn't eat here, because the last time I did it, I didn't like it and on Thursday I was pleasantly surprised. They have made good changes and improved their menu, customer service is good, if I would like to return to Fazoli's.

Very very very slow. Also a girl who worked there was off with her 5 friends so they came and ate there. Her and her friends were more important than PAYING customers. She was allowed to go back behind the counter and get whatever she wanted and made sure she had her food first. She kept going back behind the counter and getting whatever she wanted her boss was ringing me up (the manager) and he didn't care. She wasn't dressed for work, no hair net, no nothing! I waited at least 20 minutes for my food. Like I said it was her and five other friends so you can imagine all the food they had to cook for them, so when it came out everything wasn't there, she said SO they made sure they went back in the kitchen and made hers first before ever making mine and I only had ordered one combo, that was it! Horrible, Horrible experience. I'm pregnant and I was so mad, frustrated and aggravated that I just walked out without saying anything because at that point I was starving and my feet were hurting.

Worse customer service and took 20 mins to get my food.

Ms. Betty is irreplaceable! So kind and takes time to make sure each guest is content and taken care of. She makes every experience at Fazoli's a good one!

Ms. Betty was awesome! Very friendly and sweet! We have been here several times this past month and she has always been the one who has waited on us! Love her smile. Thank you Ms. Betty!

I absolutely love the staff at the Nicholasville Fazolis. They make this place amazing, and I feel like they care about feeding me and my family and making sure we want to come back far more than they're interested in making a quick buck. The $5 lunch menu for two items and a drink is a steal, and they are constantly running specials and adding new items to their menu. Their app is also easy to use, and they have one of the best customer rewards system in town. Love this place for some quick and decent pasta.

I would also like to put in a special mention for Betty, one of the servers here. I've now spent almost two years going to this particular Fazolis because my youngest asks for it before one of her weekly school activities. Betty knows her order by heart and makes sure she gets it even if she ends up there with someone else or I forget to order parts of it. This is the type of care and concern that has me always going to this particular Fazolis no matter what.

Picking up for doordash....order was placed in my name, not the customer....so they didn't realize it was being prepared...started another order in the customer name...so I contacted the customer to inform her of the additional wait time...basically upset the customer falsely....

I got a salad there for 7.85.,i thought it would be bigger very bad do not ordet a salad from here its a rip off......

The food made me sick had to run to the bathroom three times one of the times was in the men's restroom then had to go to the restroom when I went to the store that after that

I like the food especially the tomato sauces. What I don't like is the baby napkins. Especially when I'm wearing adress shirt and tie.

My daughter her friends and I decided to go out for a girls only lunch date and we decided to eat at Fazolis! Esther was the lady that took our order and she was very nice and helpful!! She also brought our food to us and she was just the sweetest and courteous server I've seen in a long time!!! This lady deffinetly needs a raise because she made our dine-in experience a very great one!!!!! Thank you very much Esther for treating us like Queens today!!

My experience at Fazoli's has always been good but sometimes when we would dine in they never came out to offer bread sticks while you wait. But the workers at this location is always nice and polite

After the campus location closed down Fazoli's Zandale became the flagship fazoli's in my opinion. Always excellent and courteous service. Food sets the standard for other fazoli's

Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes. The food was hot and fresh though. However the purpose of drive thru is to get your food in a hurry.

Very delicious n friendly service. They have tables marked for social distance.

Eventhough the place was busy they were courteous and quick. The tastes great and was still warm when I got home.

Took my family here for my daughter's choice night. Food was hot and fresh. A lady brought us bread when it came fresh out of the oven. Food was great and my daughter was happy. We had a good time and the restaurant was very clean.

I go to fazolis a lot and Ms Betty is the best she is friendly and courteous and the service is the best when she is there taking my order. If anybody derserves employee of the year and /or a raise its Ms Betty

The people were great and the food was really good. The spicy rigatoni was one point. I feel like we showed up during a shift change which slowed the pace down a bit though, the wait was a little long for being a fast food sit down.

Cheap Italian food that isn't the best in the world, but certainly isn't the worst either.

So the customer service was great. Super friendly read my order back to me the works. But that was it they left me waiting 15 minutes and it was too dark to check my food and they completely gave me the wrong order. I am trapped at the hospital and cant even take it back.

5 dollar lunch deal is worth it...so filling especially cause of unlimited bread sticks...paid for a slice of strawberry cheesecake and let me tell you that cake will make you slap your sister its just that good

On a 10 dolloar order I am still starving after eating fairly bland food, and no breadsticks on a Thursday afternoon at 3pm. Fazolis feels like a joke restaurant from the early 2000's that never adapted.

This is my favorite fazolis location! Toya is amazing! she always gets my order correct even when I come through with multiple orders. She is quick and efficient Everytime. I appreciate all of the staff at this location.

I had a great experience the food was great and so was staff! The dinning room was under construction so we had to go through the drive through which is ok but.. Our car overheated and a very lovely employee came out and offered to help us with our car troubles. She was nice enought to still take our order and bring our food to us outside while we waited for or car. I wish i asked her name but she was a african or mixed woman with curly black hair, she was lovely and she made the whole experience better!

I go to Fazoli s at least 3 times a week. I love the food and the breadsticks but most of all I love the customer service I get from Ms Betty. She always has a smile and very courteous. She always remember what I want and make sure I get it. I hope Ms Betty is rewarded for her great service.

Fazoli's was great the food was hot and delicious, the service was good, all the workers had a smile on their face, much better than the Fazoli's in Nicholasville, and the day we went to eat at Fazoli's it was packed so that tells you something right there, and we will definitely be going back

I was very surprised about this Fazoli's. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful, and my food came out very fast and very fresh (I came in about 15 minutes after opening for the day). The dining area was extremely clean. I rarely leave reviews unless a place really deserves a bad one, but I was impressed enough to leave this place a good review.
