Most inefficient (dis)organisation I have had the displeasure of dealing with, and am concerned for the safety of anyone's shares left in the custody of Computershare. Ditto Lerato- I wish they could be awarded 0 stars

Poor service. When I call there is no answer, I have been sending email and still no response.

Computershare Customer Service disgusting. Customers treated with contempt!! Dont answer phones, dont reply to emails, dont respond to questions, confidential documents misplaced. Staff inefficient! The only way I got response was to submit a complaint directly to Sanlam. I am pleased that I will never have to have any dealings with Computershare in future!!!

Abysmal service and totally incompetent!
Computershare really are the worst, they are now holding up not just one, but two separate deceased estates because of their apparent inability to do a simple share transfer. All the documentation requested was provided weeks ago, yet they all just blame the mysterious "Back Office" to which nobody is able to get through to.
Attempts to resolve this through the call center were futile, the email addresses given for escalating the matter were automated and wanted TWO WEEKS to respond! AND my call to complaints line went unanswered repeatedly!
Come on guys, this is not rocket science. If the entire JSE share market moved as slowly as you did the economy would collapse. You really need to step up your game

I am not going going to waste time writing a long complaint as Computershare will neither understand it nor respond to it!! In a nutshell their means of spelling "Customer Service" is as follows "Ignore your customer in the hope that they go away". Pathetic beyond words!!

Unfortunately there is no option for 0 star because thats exactly what they deserve. Such horrible service, infact there isn t any service at all! They claim to have call center agents who are too busy to answer calls but I doubt that because they have NEVER answered any calls!! Arg what a waste!!!
The worst service ever. Since 6th March I am trying to verify and fica my account. I sent them everything they needed. And every week since then, I phoned them and my account is still not settled. The person on the line assured me it is their fault and they will fix it, but when I phone them a week later it is exactly the same story. You can never spoke to a manager - they are never available.
Appalling! Took ages to answer their phone, then I got switched back to to the switchboard when I pressed the required number. Eventually I got to talk to a rude and incompetent "agent" who had no clue what I was trying to ask. Then I got cut off in mid-sentence. Disgraceful. Getting out as soon as possible!

Receptionists are polite and try to be helpful and that is where it ends. Just today, discounting the approx previous 8 hours, I have spent 1 hour and 48 minutes just trying to speak to a human who could tell me why nothing has been done re my query. Been to the walk in centre... a joke. Asked to be put through to complaints, CLASSIC, nobody answers the phone. Useless and inefficient!!!!

Service is extremely poor! was bad before Covid, is equally rotten now. Rates as one business with the worst client service especially telephonic communication!
