Food was great,,, hot and fresh,,,, service was a little slow but very polite and kind witch is hard to find now days so thank you to the staff for being kind under pressure,,,, it was very busy..

I ordered the breadsticks sliders, one pizza and one Italian. I don't remember what my husband ordered, but one of my sliders came out hard as rock and I was very disappointed. I sent it back for it to be remade and they made both sliders over for me. So, even though it was an inconvenience to have to send my food back and wait again, I was happy that they gave me a free slider... which by the way was delicious. I like the Italian ones the best. So, I would have originally gave them two Stars, but I am giving them three because they remade my slider plus gave me an extra one. However, the lady did not bring breadsticks to our table like like they're supposed to.

The last times we got Chicken Parmesan it was dry with almost no sauce. This time it was dry and the chicken was tough. We will not eat their again.
if i could rate -2 i would.... This is my favorite restaurant to eat but the service was terrible Look like they were about 3 people short we waited about 40 minutes to get our food and didn't get bread sticks until we came to ask for them. The manager was cooking in the back and had some guy that looked like he was brand new on his 1st day ringing up orders serving food and everything else by himself. The pizza was roe and the the spaghetti had barely any sauce on it On top of all of that. They were way too busy to be so short on help and even though the food took so long it still wasn't any good

My order was give to another person tye manager kept ignoring me when I tried to get his attention and the employee juat straight up said somebody else took the order amd I was left to wait and say well are you gonna remake my order. Spent am hour all together there. Horrible customer service

Until recently, I'd consistently patronized the Fazoli's very near my office, but it was my happy experience to drop by the Zandale/Nicholasville Road location some weeks ago and was completely charmed by the lovely Ms. Betty. Since then, I will drive the longer distance to Zandale just so I can have the chance to interact with her. She is a terrific representative of your firm and I urge you to take special care not to let her get away!!
This was my first time here... just arrived in Lexington from NY this week.... and it will not be my last time here. Miss Betty was just WONDERFUL! She made us all feel at home... exclaimed the specialty food items and was just great... Miss Betty thank you for you sunshine personality!
Came at 11:15am and doors were locked. Supposedly they open at 10:30am. No signs on the door but lights were on.

Good lunch spot with an array of quick-serve Italian-American favorites and the ubiquitous, addictive Fazoli's breadsticks. $5 lunch special available until 4 PM every day is a steal, with breadsticks and drink included. I had a slice of pizza and a crisp, fresh Caesar salad (the croutons were mediocre, but at this price point I'm not complaining).
Michael, who was working the register when I came and served my food, is great: very personable and on top of his game.

Ester provided great table side service during our visit. The food was great and fresh. The dinning room and restrooms were clean and appropriate social distancing measures were practiced, including new cups for refills, maintaining 6ft distance, hand sanitizing stations, etc. Overall a great location and quick dining experience.

I could my drink in my plate and floor. Staff was very nice about it, and cleaned everything promptly. They quickly replaced my meal and checked on us often offering extra bread. Gave boxes for leftovers. Terrific customer service by all. Fast too.
