Medad arrived promptly on time and completed a range of jobs including filling plaster cracks, filling a gap behind the kitchen cabinet, hanging my wall art pieces, removing a cat flap for cleaning and re-installing it. All work was done to a high standard and very quickly. The service from Medad today was very much appreciated.

Shah was amazing. He worked non-stop cleaning the oven, stove top, carpets and lounge. The oven and stove top are sparkling clean and the carpets and lounge look new again. Shah arrived on time and was very professional. I would highly recommend Shah.

Level of cleaning was not very thorough. Our first clean experience was very disappointing... 1. Floors weren t mopped properly and can easily see shoe prints on the floorboards from the cleaners 2. The cleaners were 2 hours late and only notified us 30 minutes beforehand 3. Shelving we re not dusted, particularly bedside tables and floating shelving in bedrooms 4. Didn t wipe down down the kitchen bench properly eg. wipe down crumbs around or underneath toaster 5. No effort to even clean our stove!
I made a complaint with their customer service who seemed sympathetic and suggested to send another cleaner to redo the job. They still managed to ignore dusting/wiping down side tables and floating shelves and remove crumbs from kitchen bench. I do not recommend their services at all. Go find someone else who takes pride in their work.
Absolute rip off DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE. Ordered an end of lease cleaning, they cancelled an hour before they were supposed to arrive, then told me the next earliest time was a week away, which was conveniently when I would not be able to be there to see the cleaners off. Once the clean was done I went over to check that afternoon and they had not cleaned one thing! When I called them they were very rude to me and told me to just hand the keys in to my realestate. They didn t even vacuum or mop the floors, wipe down counters etc.. they refused to come back and clean it and also refused to refund me the $250. I ended up getting a different cleaning company in and they were great and also took photos and wrote a statement for me about how poorly the job was done by Fantastic services. These guys are super unhelpful and made my moving out experience so stressful. Never do business with these guys. Find somebody else.
Prince did an amazing job on my carpets, removing a tough stain and making them look like new again! He arrived promptly and was great to deal with. I m thrilled with the outcome.
* Edit 27/12/2018: After posting the review below, we were contacted by the Customer Service Manager of Fantastic Services, who apologised and offered us some compensations. We have come to an agreement and the matter now has been concluded. I appreciate the prompt dealing of the matter by the business - though I wish we didn't have to get to this point.
The increase in rating is to reflect this development. The facts remain that the service was terrible and we were harassed and intimidated. I'd think the business should better spend their resources on improving the quality of their services, so that you don't have to spend so much time dealing with customers' complaints after the incidents already happened. __________ Worst service ever!
I booked an end of lease cleaning more than 2 weeks in advance. They know I am a person with disability and I trusted them to do the job as they claim to be a NDIS-registered organisation.
The appointment is at 2 PM on the day before I had to move out of the property. After waiting until 2.45 PM and no one showed up, I called and they said the cleaner was 20 minutes away. I waited until 3.15 PM and called again, this time they said the cleaner was caught up in another job and could only come at 5.15 PM (!). I was so worried and told them that I had to go to the airport in the early morning to catch an international flight. Then 5.15 PM came and went and no sight of the cleaner. After many many phone calls, still they couldn t give me the answer as to where was the cleaner and when they would come.
After hours of waiting, I had to leave to get myself to the airport. At 6.30 PM, I received a call from the cleaner saying he just arrived at the property. (4.5 hours late!!!). He claimed that the property was dirtier than expected and said he could do the cleaning but it would take 4 hours instead of 3 hours and that I had to pay an extra $100. I was basically pressured to agree to pay extra. I thought that was it and the property would be cleaned. And yet at about 7.30 PM they sent me an email, said that they cannot provide with the bond back guarantee for my property. Note that my booking was for unlimited time cleaning with a 72 hours bond back guarantee.
I was busy getting myself checked in on the flight and only read the email at 10 PM. So stressed and anxious, I sent them an email authorising my sister to correspond with them while I m travelling overseas.
The next day, my sister came to my place only to see no cleaning had been done at all. She called the company. The person first answered the phone said that because I refused to pay the extra $100 (though I did agree; and even if I hadn t agreed, the cleaner said he would just do the 3 hours) and then that I didn t respond to the email (sent at 7.30 PM at night, unprompted, and didn t request me to write back?!). When my sister insisted that was not the truth, that person called the account manager who offered a completely different reason for them not doing their job. He claimed that it was because my apartment required a make-over and not cleaning and the cleaner was right to not do the job????!!!!
This is just outrageously terrible customer service that I have no word to describe anymore. They couldn t even offer a consistent narrative one person said one excuse, then another said another excuse, none of them is credible or even matched with each other. Nothing they said made any sense. We were extremely stressed and anxious and had to face the consequence of not being able to return the property to the landlord which means losing a great deal of money and credibility. At the end, it appears that they not only tried to cover their numerous mistakes, but also to intimidate us to silence. I can t help but wonder it is also because they think they can take advantage of my vulnerable position as a person with disability.
Do not ever use their services or else you risk being abandoned, incredibly stressed and intimidated. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

These guys were awesome. Turned up on time. Very professional and polite. Excellent job, not rushed. Gave me an inspection before finishing, and fixed up any issues right away. Got an oven clean, rangehood clean, stovetop clean, barbecue clean, bathrooms, tiles, pressure cleaning - everything was to the highest quality in terms of work done and job completed.

I wish I could give them a lower score. They consistently failed to show up on time and in some cases at all. When we called them they lied and said our team was 20 mins away, when they didn t arrive an hour later we called them again only to be told our cleaners were away for two months.
Booked a spring cleaning service for 1pm. I receive a text message at 10am asking if they could start earlier, at 12pm. I confirm yes. I then receive a call at 12 pm to say they have made a mistake with the booking and can be there at 5pm. I say this is ok. I then receive another call after 5pm saying they are running late and can be here after 6pm. I decline as time was not possible. Meanwhile, I noticed that the company has already charged my credit card for the full amount, even though no work has been done. Now I must wait 5 business days for a refund of my money.
Arriving 30 mins late and with an attitude. Try to charge you 25% more due to allegedly more work than quoted. 1 of 2 cleaners disappeared after 15 mins for lunch more than 30 mins to come back for 20 mins and then disappears again without notice to an internal company meeting for 2 hrs. Frequently use their mobile phones instead of doing the cleaning job. Working very sketchy and not to the promised premium quality. Dirt lying around after sweeping and vacuuming. Floors look worse after mopping. Mirrors not cleaned. Scale not removed on shower appliances... I would not recommend their services and definitely not hire them again.

I have used fantastic service a few times and have been really good. I rang them to install a lock on my door, install microwave stand and redo the silcons underneath the toilet by Keith Lee the handyman said he could do all the jobs. When he turned up he told me the door handle was not suitable so I went to Bunning and bought a new one. He said yes he can install it. He took the old lock off cut out a bigger hole in the door to fit the new lock. Then released the frame was metal and couldn't not install the lock. So I said ok put the old lock back on. He couldn't put it back on and he patched up the door but the door is not the same its weaker and he worked on it from 1pm to 8 pm. He didnt change me any money and looked sorry. Then when I complained to fantastic services they didn't help me at all to fix the door to the orginal state and as well Keith asked them to charge me the money because i complaned (fantastic services didnt charge me). I was so upset. He should of assessed before doing the lock and new it was metal before starting. When he did the report he sent to fantastic services it was emailed to me he lied in it and made me sound horible when I was friendly the whole time. Also the microwave wall mount he told me he couldn't do it then I employed someone's else and they put it up straight away :(. Only thing he did right was the silicone on the bottom of the toilet. I will neaver use them agian. Keith Lee was not professional. If something goes wrong fanstatic service will not help you and ended up costing me money and I am taking it up to fair trade. Because he couldnt put the lock back on my house became unsafe and the company didn't really get back to me after 5 days on what they where going to do then they did nothing. and I had to employ some else and they did it on 1/2 an hour.
After I put this review up they called me and said they where sorry and gave me a 100 voucher to use.
Was quoted $325 for an end of lease clean. The cleaners didn t show up on time and ended up coming over an hour late. Was then told that walls weren t included in the end of lease clean so with walls, the quote was increased by another $360. I ended up asking them to leave because of the stuff around and was hugely disappointed. Not sure why an end of lease clean wouldn t include walls.
Update: Was called by customer service and was given a full house clean including walls for a discounted price due to their error. Satisfied with the clean.
If I could give less than one star I would! Very disappointing service and NOT Fantastic! We had arranged for the same cleaning team to attend each fortnight, or otherwise we would be notified prior to the clean. Instead i received a phone call as a different cleaner was standing outside my house requesting access. All the details of what we had wanted cleaned as well as any special details were not handed over to this cleaner and we were not notified of the change. I understand if you cannot provide the same cleaner, but it is inappropriate for us not to be notified that someone different would be in our house. Your communication is far from optimal.
Absolutely abysmal company. Website is completely non-functional. Requested parking after being explained there wasn't any. First visa they were 3 hours late, second visit, first team cancelled, second team rescheduled, then still late an hour after the reschedule. Third visit, cancelled out right, could no reschedule during the same day (it was a 10:30 appointment). Finally, we were charged for the 10:30 appointment THAT DIDN'T OCCUR. Disgraceful. Disappointed I cannot rate 0 stars.
Couch clean - hadn t been cleaned for sometime and was grubby from the kids, got a standard clean and was blown away by the quality, all stains and discolour gone and for a decent price. Our cleaner worked hard for over an hour to make sure it brought the couch back to life. Amazing job thank you!

John and his team did a wonderful job. They trimmed back all the bushes and hedges, cleaned up the garden beds and cleaned up all the leaf litter after. John also helped to arrange a second visit to remove all the green waste. The garden looks fresh and neat. Thanks for your great work!

Horrible experience. I was charged for a service I didn't receive, ignored repeatedly when I followed it up. They made an unauthorised charge my to my card weeks later after I'd paid over the phone of my service when I booked it claiming it was a 'call out fee' that I'd never been told about. I have hard evidence that I was charged for a service I didn't receive (2x invoices for 2x services when I only received one) and they still wouldn't refund the money that I make the UNAUTHORISED transaction for. I hope you never ever book these people. They're dishonest and take money without consent that I'm now having to follow-up through other legal avenues. Never give them your card details. I cannot believe they're in business.

Customer service is this companies bread and butter. Some initial hiccups with the service, but they went above and beyond seeking to resolve as best as possible.
Average at best, cleaners that attempted to clean my property did a very ordinary job, and completed half of what was requested, and charged extra for what was initially quoted. Very disappointed, be very wary when using Fantastic cleaners, perhaps not that fantastic.....

Booked a service which was not carried out to anywhere near an acceptable standard. Fantastic Services accepted that the service was sub par and stated they would take no money. $440 was then deducted from our account which Fantastic Services say was a 'technical error' but now refuse to refund the money. Their money back guarantee is a lie and whilst some of their cleaning crews may be great, unfortunately ours was not and their head office are completely unhelpful. We are still waiting for our money, which they had no authority to take.

We got a end of lease cleaning with a few extras like oven cleaning, blind cleaning and steam cleaning the carpets. Quoted us 600 dollars which was fine. We arrive back after it was cleaned and literally the carpets were not vacuumed or steam cleaned, benches were not wiped down, cupboards were not touched, no windows were clean...I literally have no idea what they actually did except maybe the shower. We call the cleaner directly who said he thinks he did a good job. Also the cleaner put a hole in our wall (we had it patched up but he must of hit it again) and after we asked him about it and said how do we know its him. Hes the only one with the keys!! NO one else stepped foot in the house! He got defensive and said..and I quote "We will let the courts decide that!" He refused (along with the company) to come back and clean til the agent saw it and gave us a list. It was obviously not in good enough condition.
So we get an email from the agent who gives us a HUGE list of things that were undone. We were aware of them all. It took them a week to return to the house to clean it and it was a drama just to get someone out there again. And come to find out today, they didn't return the key to the agent and we are still looking for it and trying to hunt down the person who may have it. Like..it's not hard to clean a house and follow simple instructions like return the key. This is your job. I'm an INCREDIBLY patient and rational person who has worked customer service for 15 years. I get that stuff happens or mistakes can be made. But I have never seen such incompetence and carelessness. This has been an incredibly awful and stressful experience as we have to keep traveling from Pakenham to Boronia to fix things not to mention make multiple calls to follow up on things. Also in the midst of all this, having to deal with my rental agent. Never ever ever again and will tell people to stay away.
Update 27 Aug 18: I received call from Fantastic services local office and they were apologetic for this mess up. Good to see the follow up from their end and this issue could be a one off instance. I will use their services in future to further verify their service quality.
Original review: Booked my end of lease cleaning services with them. Spoken with their local contact multiple times and thought everything is going great.
On the day of cleaning, received multiple calls from their cleaners where they asked me to waive of the bond back guarantee. It was a working day for me but I was constantly getting harassed by their calls. Later, I agreed to waive off guarantee on some items to avoid getting their calls. I told them that i will be visiting my apartment during lunch hour and will speak with them further. After an hour, received a call from their cleaning supervisor that their vehicle is parked far away and they will get late for next job if they bring the equipment now! That's a big shame and I think it was a lie. There was ample parking available near my apartment when I checked in the afternoon. It seems that cleaning supervisor was sitting at some offshore location and was running the show. They left me in limbo and stressed me out completely!
Muhammad was amazing - he went the extra mile to ensure everything was done to a high level of service and on time. He was accommodating when the power was connected a little bit late, which was so helpful to us. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Walked into the house I was vacating after Fantastic "Cleaners" had left to find that not only had an appalling job been done (I had to re-clean!) but that a blind had been badly damaged. Received poor customer service when I called to complain and after DAYS of calling back and forth and Fantastic Cleaners denying any wrongdoing, they finally paid $75 into my account. Not even half the cost of repairing the blind. Unacceptable. Avoid.
They did a great job with the windows and balcony, bathrooms and showers! The dusting, vacuuming and mopping was a bit rushed and not done properly. Friendly team. Thank you
I had Medad and his team come to my (inner Melbourne) place for a series of repair and painting jobs, including resurfacing and painting two bathrooms (including painting the tiles), repairing a number of skirting boards, doors, door frames and stairs - amongst other items. I was absolutely delighted with the work done. Medad has a meticulous eye for detail and ensured all the work was done in a logical and efficient manner, with no corners cut and using high quality tradesmen and materials. I am extremely happy with the finished product and also with Medad s transparent communication and practical approach. It is great to find someone with such attention to detail who I can trust to do the job right. I will absolutely be getting Medad and his team back to do further work in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a quality builder that you can trust.
We had 2 ovens we absolutely could not clean, but Shah came around and after 3 hour solid work, they looked like brand new. I'm not easily impressed, but in this case I'm blown away.
Extremely efficient, quality cleaning and friendly staff. Red wine and puke stains completely gone on my upholstery. Came earlier than scheduled time to secure parking, what I love most the online appointment booking is that service availability is easily reflected and I can choose depending on the urgency of my cleaning requirements. Fantastic Service indeed! Will recommend to friends and family.

Very very disappointed. Do not use them . They take your money promise a good job and then they stooge you and not do the work they promised. Be careful they do NOT steam clean carpets ,they only vacuum and even then they do a crappy job. Very expensive for what you pay for. There are a lot more cleaning services that do a better job for less. Would not recommend them at all. The owner should also check their workers work to make sure it's done properly . From a very unhappy and unsatisfied customer that will never use this company again .
Pros: Great experience with the cleaners, the two guys who arrived were friendly and worked hard and did an amazing clean! Would certainly recommend to others.
Cons: I signed up for a Mattress Steam Clean online, then in the follow up call, they left it out of our booking and our booking confirmation meaning... my loss? I am left unsure whether I paid for this or not which is frustrating.
Also, you cannot ring the company direct which is annoying.
Would revise this review to 5 stars if they call to discuss the steam clean of the mattress and provide a clear breakdown of charges.
Was very impressed by the quality of work,communication and helping hand of the worker.You can tell when someone loves the job and even suggested how can get rid of scratch on timber floor even he came for the carpet clean.Highly recommended and always got my bond back with fantastic services.Always on time and even if one day have my own house will contact fantastuc services to do the house cleaning:-)

We required the Handyman Service and from booking to price quote it was an easy process. They arrived on time,assessed the work areas and explained to us that what could be accomplished. They were professional, courteous and friendly. What work that was still in need of repair was removed from quote.We highly recommend Fantastic Services!
I had my mattress and couch cleaned by Shah. He did a fantastic and meticulous job, caring about cleaning all the surroundings as well at the completion of the job. Very much suggested!
I had a regular clean from Fantastic and the quality of the clean was usually good. However a few times no one showed and I was still charged for the clean with no explanation.
I booked them for my end of lease clean and steam clean. On the day waited through the hour window and called 45 minutes after that to find out that the cleaners car had broken down that morning and he couldn t attend. I understand that accidents happen, but no message, no call, despite the fact that he definitely had my number as he had texted me a day prior. By this time I d been waiting at the property for two hours, it was afternoon and I had to hand the keys in.
If it was a one off I could maybe write it off as an accident but I just don t trust that Fantastic staff will make it to the job.
Sam arrived right on time. He worked efficiently and completed the job to our satisfaction. Sam managed to remove stains that our previous carpet cleaning service had left behind. Overall we were very happy and have no hesitation in recommending Sam.
