Arriving 30 mins late and with an attitude. Try to charge you 25% more due to allegedly more work than quoted.
1 of 2 cleaners disappeared after 15 mins for lunch more than 30 mins to come back for 20 mins and then disappears again without notice to an internal company meeting for 2 hrs.
Frequently use their mobile phones instead of doing the cleaning job.
Working very sketchy and not to the promised premium quality.
Dirt lying around after sweeping and vacuuming. Floors look worse after mopping.
Mirrors not cleaned. Scale not removed on shower appliances...
I would not recommend their services and definitely not hire them again.
