Horrible customer service in will call. I called in to have my door pulled the day prior apparently no one pulled it. I was first person out of 7 people they took care of everyone orders except mine. After a half and 45min waiting finally got my panels. If you want a good manufacturer that cares for there customers GO TO AMARR INSTEAD NORTHWEST DOOR IS A JOKE!

This place is getting a 2-star review simply for the fact that when you go to will call, your order is never ready.

So many times we've had our order faxed a day ahead of time (sometimes several days) and called the morning of pick up to let them know we're coming. Only to show up and have to wait for a minimum of 45 minutes. I've waited there for over 2 hours numerous times. Average wait time for will-call is an hour to an hour and a half.

I understand that they get busy, but that's still no excuse to make a paying customer wait so long. And sometimes they get unprofessional with you if you ask what's taking so long. I've also seen people come in, after I've been waiting for an hour, and they get their order before mine. I've seen people almost get into a physical fight because of this reason period for a company that so large you would think that they would work more on there will call and organization.

To be honest, we have been getting our doors from other suppliers simply because of the fact you never know how long you have to wait.

They have an amazing product, it's just their will-call needs a new manager and completely reworked. I assure you they're losing business from not just us but other companies as well. I work for a huge garage door company, and we sell at least 20 doors or more a week.

Northwest Door is losing our business because we can't afford to send workers to pick up doors and have them wait hour or two.

Get it together Northwest Door!

We work with NW Door on a regular basis. They provide quality product, a high-level of customer service, and are always helpful with all sorts of questions. We love working with them and are even happier to be able to offer their products. (Below are a few photos of an Infinity Classic we recently installed in NW Portland.)
