Walked into the house I was vacating after Fantastic "Cleaners" had left to find that not only had an appalling job been done (I had to re-clean!) but that a blind had been badly damaged.
Received poor customer service when I called to complain and after DAYS of calling back and forth and Fantastic Cleaners denying any wrongdoing, they finally paid $75 into my account. Not even half the cost of repairing the blind. Unacceptable. Avoid.
