I had Shah coming to steam clean my carpet today and I couldn't be happier with the service. He got here earlier and did everything so quick, it was great! The Fantastic Services website is also very easy to use and you can pay straight away, the communication was very good too. I definitely recommend.

If I could give Medad a 6 star rating I would. He is always punctual, polite and respectful of your property. A very neat worker, who always cleans up before leaving. What I really value is for a complex job, he always gives you a couple of options at different price points. That is really helpful when budgeting for your property's repairs. As to the quality of his work, its always excellent. I will keep asking for Medad for all my future home repairs and maintenance.

Absolute pleasure dealing with John. He is thorough with his garden work, efficient & friendly. I've booked twice now & will continue to do so.

these folks did a brilliant job of cleaning what was a pretty dirty BBQ. highly recommend their service.

The service man was great, however I returned home to find my carpets feeling stiff & horrible. I ran my Dyson over the carpet, and despite paying for a 'premium' service, I still removed half a container of dirt from the carpet. And no deodoriser smell either, despite paying more to have them deodorised. Very disappointed.

Add: I was contacted promptly by the service department and offered a reclean or full refund.

I arranged to have an End of Lease clean with this company on Monday before we sign out of the property on the Weekend and was assured they would be able to do the cleaning by Thursday. This was then moved to Friday as they apparently could not do Thursday.

On Friday no one showed up for the cleaning and after calling the company I was told that the team was not coming and that there were no teams available for the next week and they would be unable to conduct the promised cleaning, which they had already charged my card for, before we handed back the house.

I am incredibly disappointed with this company as they have now left us in a position where we have 1 day to make alternate arrangements and wondering if they still intend to honor their bond back guarantee which we have paid for!

UPDATE: Fortunately the cleaning was able to be done this morning. The two cleaners that came out were kind, friendly and professional and they did an exceptionally good job cleaning the house. I am still however disappointed with the hassle outlined above, although I am relieved the situation was rectified.

Had bad staining on cream fabric couches. Shah removed all stains and result was better than I had anticipated. Would recommend using Fantastics Services

Shocking service due to incompetence and laziness. We were quoted a full end of lease cleaning service, which they didn't do and we have to now go BACK into the old apartment to finish the job . When we asked about it they said the end of lease cleaning service was voided because we had someone else on the premise. To clarify, this person was there for no more than 5-10 minutes fixing something in a room. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, DODGY PEOPLE.

The worst company i have ever dealt with! booked an end of lease cleaning and they tried to charge double what i booked for when they arrived onsite, even though what i payed for was much more than the cleaning needed to actually be done. Then when i cancelled the service they sent another team and charge another $250 to my account without authorisation. i have had to lock my bank account and order a new card. They will not answer phone calls or reply to emails about refunding $700 they have taken from me for no service whatsoever. the clean wasn't even meant to be that much. it was $400!! The whole company is A SCAM!

Literally the worst service I've ever had. If I could rate no stars I would.

Booked a hedge trim service online. First they changed the booking, then the service was not completed, despite the fact it is a small hedge in a tiny courtyard and their OWN website suggests 2 hours is enough time to complete the job. I have had this hedge trimmed multiple times - even at it's longest it has never taken more than two hours. The gardener did not complete the job because it started to rain but charged full amount. Also not properly equipped - didn't bring a ladder to trim a hedge. Coerced my tenant into paying cash for "extra bags" when she didn't make the booking - further charges were not approved by me and no invoice sent. The gardener told my tenant someone would be in touch with me about the extra charges - no one got in touch. Rang to ask why job was not completed and was told someone would call me back - no one did. Rang a THIRD time and was told the service would have taken longer than two hours - the hedge is less than three metres long all up - and would now be charged extra to finish the job. Also claimed to have sent an invoice hat I never received - I think basically this company rorts customers by taking far longer to complete jobs then needed and then tries to charge more for "extra" services. PATHETIC. Avoid at all costs.

Medad arrived ahead of schedule, which was greatly appreciated given the heatwave forecast. He was incredibly professional and polite, going the extra mile to source parts from Bunnings and fixing up problems I hadn't noticed. I'm incredibly impressed, and will definitely be using Medad again.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Our house looked brand new when they had finished cleaning. Very friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone else looking for a professional cleaning team for their property.

They did such a great job with my house looks lovely i am a very happy customer

The first time I used their end of lease cleaning 2 years ago I was happy. However this time they missed so many things. The kitchen bench was still covered in dust, the floors were not vacuumed, the toilet was not cleaned, the shower door was clearly not even touched.
For the premium price charged $375 I expected better. They offered a refund of $40. It doesn't even cover the time I had to spend to go back and correct everything myself.

Gentleman was so mannered and kind. I was absent for the carpet and couch clean but when I came back I couldn t fault it.

When I booked this service I was told my credit card details were needed to hold the booking, however, I wouldn t be charged until the cleaners had quoted onsite and done the job if given the go ahead. Despite this, 1 day before the service my card was charged the quoted price. When I rang to discuss I was told I had given pre approval to be charged which was 100% not the case. They also tried to argue that they hadn t charged me despite it showing on my internet banking. After almost an hour on the phone and speaking to 2 different people, going around in circles, they agreed to return the funds after cancelling the service (even though they were still adamant they hadn t charged me). Do not use this service- they are incredibly dodgy and extremely difficult to deal with

Booked a 6 hour service (2 cleaners 3 hrs ea)
Arrived on time and explained the sequence and went straight to work. Both worked very hard and carried out the required work above expectations.
I am extremely pleased with the result particularly happy with the kitchen (the oven is like new).
Sorry I can t remember the cleaners names but would highly recommended them.

Had my outside windows cleaned today by Fantastic Services, and it was far from fantastic. The windows are still dirty and now all streaky as well, so look even worse. They also didn't clean the skylight that I booked and paid to have cleaned, and couldn't get the flyscreens in and out, I had to do that myself - they are very standard windows so I would have though a "professional window cleaning service" would be able to manage that.
Fantastic Services have since provided a full refund for my service and advised the cleaners that attended my job will be given additional training.

I engaged your company's sevices for one oven clean. The clean and pricing was acceptable and I would have given your company a 4/5 rating. However the nuisance emails that your company has sent me since promoting your services has been beyond ridiculous. To date I have blocked 7x different variations of the email addresses from your company and am still receiving emails from new email addresses every couple of days. I even took the time to call and provide this feedback but nothing has changed. Extremely disappointed and frustrated by this incessant hassling.

Sam did a great job on a well overdue steam clean on my lounge carpets. He also took the time to provide some overview education on what he was doing and the effects of what he was spraying in cleaning the carpets. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

It s the worst service ever. I had booked a move out cleaning service. Booked an appointment for 12 noon since I had to handover the key at 4pm to the property manager.
On the day of appointment, I waited for 20 mins and then called to find out where the professional was and they tell me something went wrong so the professional did not come.
I was relying on you and you tell me you can t fulfil the promised service after i called you.
Really? You should at least have some professionalism and courtesy to inform you customers well in advance if you guys can t make it. Sad.

Would not recommend. We had the carpet on our staircase steam cleaned for $95 but the carpet had a smell which we called them to come and check but didn t hear back from them.

So impressed with the window cleaning service we received! Super efficient, meticulous attention to detail, and professional, sunny disposition. The team even cleaned a couple of mirrors too. 100% recommend.

I had the carpets of my new apartment cleaned & the service was excellent! They were very communicative & the service was quicker than I expected. I was expecting that it would take 2hrs, but they only needed 1hr.

Booked them in and received a confirmation email and was even charged.
They never showed up and contacted us an hour after the agreed upon time saying they couldn't make it and wanted to reschedule for the following day with 10% off.
Same thing happened the next day, however they offered 50% off.
On the third day, they never showed up. I hand the keys back today without clean carpets.
Highly unreliable, I wish I had read more comments before booking them.
Do not recommend at all.

Sam did a great job cleaning my carpet in the inner west - almost all the stains came up, even ones that had been there for years, and he was very knowledgeable about future carpet care. Will book again!

Fantastic services did a great job in cleaning my windows. They turned up exactly on time, the staff were courteous and efficient, overall it was an excellent experience.

I ve used this company quite a few times and in most occasions they have done really well. The cleaners are warm and friendly and are willing to do what is required in a timely manner. They are quick to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. It s great to see a company that is so customer focussed.

I absolutely love having Fantastic Services come to clean our apartment! Each couple is incredibly astute when it comes to finer details. They're also happy to accomodate to specific focuses/concerns, which is so helpful as these often differ each time.

In general, I find keeping on top of things like ironing and washing quite difficult, especially living a very busy lifestyle! Fantastic Services saved me so many times. I was just able to accumulate my ironing until the weekend, when Fantastic Services would visit and take the load off me!

I couldn't recommend hiring Fantastic Services more. It gives you more free time to do what you love (as opposed to spending your minimal free time cleaning the house), and their services genuinely never disappoint.
