At Christmas, there is an INCREDIBLE amount of things to do. There's ice skating, s'mores, pics with santa, even an ice slide. Every tree has lights, it's glorious

It was great! Our only issue was that our keys needed to be reissued three separate times and was very inconvenient for us.

Amazing facility. The grounds were manicured flawlessly. The moat bar in the middle was beautifully designed.

Went here for the Christmas lights/music show. We sat around one of the fireplaces by the bar. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff. My only complaint would be the time it took to recieve food/drinks, but they did warn us of this when we sat down, as it was quite busy. HIGHLY recommend taking Lyft or Uber to location, as valet is extremely expensive, and even self park can be pricey.

I attended a birthday party at one of the casedas. The staff was very friendly and the room was lovely. Very pretty and peaceful atmosphere.

Stayed there for a work event, nice staff, nice services. Very big campus which can be hard to get around by foot.

This is a great hotel with a nice variety of adult activities to keep you entertained

Christmas at Princess is a mixed bag. Great light displays, decent train ride, and small but fun ice rink and other attractions. Just be warned: everything from admission to mediocre waffle fries is crazy overpriced. Be sure to go on someone else's budget

So pretty and decorated for Halloween. Great to bring the kids.

Had dinner at La Hacienda. The food was fantastic, but a bit pricey. The ambiance was great as well as the service. We came into the main lobby, but couldn't find the restaurant so the concierge gave our whole party a ride to the restaurant in a golf cart. Overall, a great evening.

The Fairmont Scottsdale was exallent. We went when the Christmas decorations were up and it was a site to see as well as great food and good drinks.

Wow. When I say this place is worth the money, I mean it. This place has been perfect from the minute I walked in. The staff was so welcoming and so nice. And most importantly, non-judgemental. The room was so cute and comfortable. I loved all the pools and the service was amazing. This was my first time here and I will definitely book again when I m in the area. This place is definitely worth spending. I truly felt like a princess!

My major beef with staying here is the thermostat in the rooms. The setting is a lie, room said it was 70 degrees and we were warm. By 3am the room finally cooked off.

Went for Christmas at the princess. Way over priced and interesting crowd at the train station made it a very interesting experience.

Great facility, beautiful scenery. Meeting rooms were freezing which is both a plus and a minus. Staff is excellent and very helpful. The meeting area is very spread out.

I cannot express enough how much my husband and I enjoyed this place. We came here on the second leg of our honeymoon and from the start were treated with the utmost respect. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful! The pools are kept pristine and we did not have to fight for a chair at all. My favorite pool was the 18 and over pool. Quiet and relaxing! If you are ever here, try to find Melissa the bartender to assist you. She was amazing and made our trip even better! We sat her bar twice and the second time she chatted with us for an hour and was better pleasant. She also gave us a surprise for our honeymoon..she definitely went above and beyond for us and takes her job seriously to ensure her guests enjoy themselves. Thank you Melissa!! We cannot wait to come back here in the future!!! :)

For Christmas it is beautifully decorated with a fun atmosphere and activities for the children but the holiday concessions stands could use a little extra help and more organization. Maybe post signs to show exactly what each stand is selling. If you just want a box of smores from the giant s'mores like concession stand,, ask the employee what they are selling before you end up standing in that line for 35 minutes because they also sell liquor out of that s'mores stand. :/

Excellent hotel, it is Christmas time and the whole place is decked out! Great take for the whole family.

Amazing. Over the top staff, even valet was amazing. Big place, easy to navigate signs. Water at all of the 4 pools.

Beautiful location, expansive grounds, lots to do on site: spa/message, sport court & playground, ballrooms, a few restaurants on site, shuttle to Toro restaurant at TPC, back of property neighbors hole 4 & tee 5 on TPC golf course, golf concierge, a few bars speckled here & there, retail shops, fitness center, multiple pools, sunset beach pool has dive in movie's it's a blast, surrounded by Scottsdal's shopping and dinning, they even have a lobby and a front desk just when you thought Fairmont couldn't fit one more thing. The staff is exceptional, one can expect Fairmont's famous hospitality. Newly renovated rooms & a brand new wing the Sunset building. Definetly look forward to coming back. 5 stars!I

This resort is far from the city.. yet this place is great to really relax and enjoy yourself.. far from all the busy and hectic routines..

Super clean. Gorgeous pools and meeting areas around fireplaces.

We attended the Christmas at the Princess event and had an amazing time. Yes, parking is pricey but the beautiful lights, atmosphere and rides such as the ferris wheel made it worth it. Our daughter was entranced by the lights and had her first visit to santa. We then had some delicious cocktails. Really special Christmas night.

Paid $55 to see the beautiful Christmas light displays and was terribly disappointed by the attitudes and the downright rudeness of some of the employees. The employees behaviors almost ruined our entire evening. Some of these employees told us how horrible the hotel treats them and what a rip off the restaurants and gift shops are. My whole family agrees that we will not come back next year. Such a shame, the lights were really pretty.

I was there for a marketing conference - nice facility with beautiful grounds. The restaurants on the premise are pretty good but very much overpriced for the quality / quantity of food. The pool area is nice and the conference area is good for a sizable group of attendees. However, the rooms are REALLY spaced out so my feet hurt quite a bit after one day in heels, walking to and from the different wings.

Visited during the Christmas at Princess. The entire place was beautifully decorated. My only complaint, as a mother of 3 kids, finding healthy meals was a struggle. The kids menu offered good kid-friendly choices, but no veggie or fruit side. This was disappointing as it seemed the healthier options for kids was an after thought at the restaurants. The restaurants gladly brought fruit or veggies when asked, but this was extra and not included on the kids menu.
But we enjoyed our time and will probably come back. I'll will just pack fruit and veggies with us next time!

I was here for the light show and it was really amazing. My husband my 2 kids and I enjoyed it so much.

Absolutely gorgeous resort, didn't get to see the rooms but the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice

Great property great staff. We had a great time. A few things could have have earned 5 stars. We felt nickle and dimed alot parking was extra, in room dining fee on top of overpriced food charges and a very generous 22% grat that was forced on us which would have felt better to give that much by choice. 4pm was a late checking and even then room wasn't ready in time after front desk made it seem like a room would be ready any minute at 2pm when we asked about early check in. This left us waiting and hoping for nothing. In room dining didn't pick up dirty dishes for several hours first time and 12 hours second time after calling. Served us frys with no ketchup in one order. Its the little things that make you not recommend the property to a friend even though overall it was beautiful and we had a great time. Little things go a long way. In the future a full comped dinner would have swayed my thinking alot more than the $10 appitizer management offered us to compensate for the checkin cluster F. If this was a 3 star hotel it would have met my expectations but I expected to be blown away by 5 diamond and I wasn't.

We had the most relaxing staycation!!! From the awesome birthday welcome and the poolside picnics and the Superhero Summer Events, which our little absolutely loved, we had the best time! Dinner at Toro was amazing! Our room was absolutely beautiful! All of the service and staff were top notch.. our little was sick the first night and the concierge brought him power ade and ginger ale. With a little rest, he was back hitting the pool slides the very next morning! Thank you Fairmont Princess staff, we will certainly be back next summer... maybe even before!
