I went yesterday with my sister and mom to have a girls day at The Fairmont Hotel spa. IT was amazing! I had the great pleasure of Gretchen as a masseuse. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRETCHEN! I was a but nervous since I had never had a massage before. Gretchen is such a love. I can tellshe can meet you where you are at. Total natural! Thanks again!

We stayed here for Christmas and had a great time. It is very pricey but worth the experience. The rooms are lovely and the staff is very well trained and helpful. We'll be back next Christmas for sure.

Looking for food at a resort should not be as much work as it is here. Just wanted some fries we were told go to the pool and order them are you kidding me.? They should have given a bigger discount for 4th of July seeing your waiting to get in pools in heat with people that have health issues is just unexcusable. I know we're all just trying to get through this and they're trying to make money as well but boy it doesn't make you want to come back.

The resort is a great representation of what to expect from Fairmont hotels. The impact of luxury starts at first sight then continues to impress all of your other senses with smell (flowers), touch (lobby welcome dogs), hearing (the repeated "welcome') and for the fortunate few a beverage. I enjoyed my room, the view and the facilities.

I was here on a business trip and honestly I had my socks blown off!!! Probably the most incredible room, hotel complex, and grounds I ve stayed at thus far. It s like a community unto itself. And all of the staff are the most professional, friendly, and highly accommodating you ll meet. The room service is outstanding and as you can see from the photo the breakfast makes an impact. Incredible size of the room (see photos) and views. I included a photo of the map of the grounds showing just how extensive they are, and to help to not get lost!!! I highly recommend you visit here for business or for pleasure.

Could not have enjoyed a better time for a work conference. I arrived thirty minutes later than planned and they did not have a room ready for me at the time. I told them I could wait and went to the bar for a drink. After about 45 minutes, I was buzzed and instead of a normal room, I was given a center suite. I realize this is not a normal visit for most Princess goers, but I still believe the courtesy, the food, the staff and the environment made 100-degree days all that more bearable.

I was going to visit friends staying in the Villas but I pulled up to the hotel and paid for parking. It would have been nice to know that I should have driven straight to the Villas and this not be charged for parking

Smoreland was great! Roasting s'mores by the real fire pit was fun. My son loved the courosel ride. The train ride was the best part really fun. Only issue is the s'mores kit is pretty expensive other than that great fun

We attended the holiday lights at the Princess as we do every year. The cost went up a little this year, but the improvements were awesome. Our toddler had great time with the train and new rides. The Princess is always a great time no matter the event. Attention to detail and planning come through again.

My wife booked a stay-cation for Father's Day!! We had such a good time! We hung out at the many pools all weekend. One has a waterslide and one has a splahpad and sandy beach, there are several around the resort. The Bourbon Steak and the other restaraunts have great food! And the spa is beautiful.
Very nice fun and relaxing weekend!

The hotel staff are nice and helpful, except management. They also go around telling their staff of when people die in their hotels. Or when accidents happen and people do not make it.

The rooms are big with high quality bedding. The pools are great whether you have kids or not. The reason I docked a star is because they charge $20+ for low quality meals by the pool. We didn't try the high end restaurants cause there's plenty of other great food close by.

We are here right now. We got in last night at 2am, and they put ALL 4 of us in a room they claim was an upgrade for the night- It is a room with ONLY a couch bed! When I called to complain they said they had nothing else and that I should be happy because they are "comping" my night on the couch! We were too tired at 2am to find a new hotel with our two young daughters. What a living nightmare!

This is a great place. But expect to pay 60 for parking. That is not VIP Valet by the way. If you want to have a good time you need to bring a lot of money though. Customer service is great for the most part. Good food, plenty of things to do highly reccomend.

This place is very nice. I have been here several times for conferences. There is a large selection of rooms to rent out for conferences. While I was here today they we're hosting 2 different conferences at the same time. Beware of the $8 fee to park

This beautiful, expansive resort is accessible for everyone, especially at Christmastime when it truly becomes a winter wonderland. Set aside two hours or more to stroll through all the light displays, live music and scheduled events.

My mother and I only stayed for one night, but for one night we were treated like royalty. We got a room on the first floor and I feel no matter where it's at, you'll have a nice window view. We went during the Best Summer Ever event and there were so many activities for us! Walking around is fun to explore, pools are amazing! Went to one restaurant and the food was incredible. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Front desk check-in guy named Tim Kelly and loser manager Cori Johnson were 2 of the RUDEST guys I've ever dealt with in 20 years of checking Into hotels. Don't understand why they had such negative attitudes. Ruined my whole 1st experience at this resort. Stay away.

Rooms and carpet need massive update as well.

I stayed in the Sunset Beach building. The room was spacious and had an awesome bathroom. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The restaurants and bars on-site were all great as well. I would recommend everyone to stay here at least once

Uau! What can I say about this place? The rooms are large and spacious, with even a small working space in the room. My room had also a bathtub. There are 5 excellent restaurants, including one by Michael Mina. There are 5 pools, all heated in the winter (i've been there in March). It also has several lounging areas where you can rest by the fire from a pit or gas heaters.

There are several activities near by, besides the golf course: hiking, visiting Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin house, doing wine tours in the City, hiking, etc.

Its a good place for both couples and families. Highly reommend.

What a great place to spend time. My favorite is the spa and wellness center. I had a pedicure while looking out the window. Every view in this place is stunning. Then I took a bungie exersize class ...I had been wanting to take a class like this for 2 years. To my knowledge this is the only place that offers this class in AZ. Cutting edge.
My favorite place to be.

Christmas at the princess is a great event. Lots to see and do at a reasonable price. The cost of drinks though? 10 dollars for 1 can of diet coke. I watched the guy fill 2 small plastic cups ($5each) to the top with ice then pour half a 12 ounce can in each. Bring your own drinks! The waffle fries at twinkle town are $15-20 but the give you a lot.

Me and my family have spent many years at the princess and I m saddened to say that the lack of responsibility is extremely disappointing. My mother broke her leg on the ice rink and was rushed to the hospital to undergo surgery. When asking to donate a portion to her deductible the hotel manager immediately put her in touch with their insurance agent. After discussing the matter with the agent for over five months she ended up getting no financial compensation in the slightest form. If you decide to attend The Princess be wary, incase of a medical injury you may not get any sympathy or support for the events that take place.

How in the blue blazes did this hotel get a 5 star rating???!!!

They told me and my entire family ( 10 rooms) that our reserved rooms weren't ready. They say they were comping our valet . Then they tell me the will be charging me $120 for incidentals before i even get into the room. The the bell hop looses my 4 mo.'s jacket. Thank the heaven my wife packed extras. Then we found out you need to pay for wifi. A motel 6 has wifi for hevans sake. Then upon leaving they charged for the maid to clean the room and then we were actually charged for the comped valet service. If my sweet grandmother hadn't paid for our stay i would have been all on management

Visited here for the Christmas lights display last year and spent the night in one of their $400 rooms. Very enjoyable experience! We did this for my daughter's birthday and she really enjoyed all the Christmas lights. The room itself was very nice and we had a great view overlooking the lagoon with most of the lights display. Room service food was also excellent and staff friendly and helpful. The grounds are well landscaped and our daughter really enjoyed running around chasing the ducks. Recommended.
