Friendly staff, spacious bathrooms and rooms, minimal covered areas outside so you're always exposed to the sun

Nice, spread out resort with excellent food but valet fee is $85!!

Went to Bourbon Steak for dinner with my family while they were in town. An overall excellent experience. Food was perfectly prepared and service was great.

So many things to see! There are places to sit and roast s'mores, an ice skating rink, an area to write letters to Santa, rides-including an ice slide and train, and plenty of photo opportunities! Highly recommend

The wedding block accommodations and experience were fantastic. All the staff were so accommodating. Loved the hotel and the beautiful pools and grounds!

A luxurious hotel with all the things one needs. A spa, gift shops, concert halls and event places and so much more. This hotel has a lot of land space. The rooms are also very comfortable and luxurious.

Went for the Christmas events. Great is got never been there before.

The staff were amazing and helpful from our first step on the property. We received an upgrade for our anniversary and we're able to enjoy the Casitas which is the prefect way to spend time at the Princess. We'll be back soon!

Went to the Christmas festival to use the outdoor rink; ice was rough, staff ignored children who were skating too fast and running into people, it was ridiculously overpriced.

Employer has company meetings here and it is beautiful and is always put together perfectly.
