What good is the cash register for self-service if you are checked long after, too bad.

Great ikea ample parking space. Smalland for the kids. And ikea restaurant where you can eat a good price-oriented dinner.

If we were here with my wife and my 10 month old child we were not allowed access as the reason we were called in an incredibly outrageous tone it was only allowed to have 1 person with a pram and then we split up and went in individually 6 family members seen how they did it (in corona time)

Otherwise, as always, everything was well arranged and satisfied

Yes what do you expect. It's Ikea. Do not go on the weekend and combine your visit with the intersport and media market

Lots to see and interesting to be, and they sell useful things, and it is close to other stores such as the Intersport, media market, BCC, MacDonald etc.

Mattresses selected on the Ikea website. Site indicated they were in stock and in which box I could find them. After 5 minutes I was outside again with 2 new mattresses! Super!

Easily accessible, sufficient parking spaces and quick checkouts. Has everything a well-stocked Ikea should do.

The food is way below par. If an inspection takes place, the kitchen can close. Food temperature is way too low and soggy

Ikea hengelo well sorted just like all other large ikea's.

I simply love this place!But they should have a place to change babie diapers like Family bathrooms.We can stay longer shopping without being worried about our special lovely babies

Paying cash is no longer allowed due to corona, but it can be crowded with people all over the store. Far too few cash registers open for traffic flow. Families are not allowed to enter but we have seen several !!! Super badly arranged IKEA Hengelo.

As usual crowded, lots of Germans and lots of small nick nacks to grab :)

Infa info bar and if you know what you want you first have to go through the entire top floor if your article is down and it is not pleasant in that closed bunker

Ikea believes that the cards should be removed, so that everyone should install an app on their phone. But who wants an Ikea app on the phone? Nowadays everyone thinks they can only claim a piece of your phone ... you are not going to put an app on your phone from a store where you only occasionally come madness ..

I arrived at a fixed landing. In cm, the time is 5 00. Was in 4 in front of the gate. At 4:30 he got in touch with the intercom and I was allowed in the first gate. Next, I close the second gate, just before the unloading zone. I returned on foot to the first gate to report on the intercom, to open the second gate. Reported but no reaction followed. As a result, they opened the gates at 6 00. They loaded in 6 40. And in cmr they specified the time of arrival at 6 10. It was good that I photographed on time that I was fucking at the closed gates, otherwise there would be a penalty for being late. It's ugly to do so. This is a blot on the reputation of an organization like Ikea.

The IKEA is easy to do. But it takes forever to get in and out of the parking lot on Sunday. Contingency plan .....

Staff behind the counter can hardly say hello. The employee was too busy telling them they had a reception the next day and would rather not work. Chapeau! Never mind the receipt and also have a nice day!

With some kitchen utensils, it is cheaper than in Germany, like every IKEA

I have been trying to order a Plasta wardrobe for several months now. We have compiled our design via the website. Unfortunately, there is always a part out of stock. 'Our' cupboard is never completely available. A disappointment. We keep looking.

In the Netherlands you pay more for the same product than in Germany. You also need to know that you are not allowed to pay with cash throughout the scandal.

Nice things, when we walk here you see so many nice and useful things that you are surprised that your household is still running without so many nice haha. Price / quality excellent

Ikea is a furniture store where you can buy nice, trendy and affordable furniture. However, the quality leaves something to be desired. Like a bathroom cabinet that is not stable and whose legs bend at the smallest touch. And dining room chairs that sag after a year. Small stuff is fun and often very practical.

Shop like a shop. But few inserts of rooms and other rooms. There are more exhibitions in France or Poland.

I love Ikea, here in Hengelo the staff is very competent and friendly!

Fantastic food for a low price! The Swedish balls tasted delicious in combination with the delicious sauce. The fruit water was also tasty and healthy!

The service is an absolute disaster !!!!!
Have a Pax cabinet for over 1200 bought with delivery and construction.
At the first promised date, a man from the transport company came alone at 5:15 pm (his partner became ill.) Unfortunately, he did not come up with the idea of communicating this before the day. Alone, he was not allowed to build the cabinet. When calling the call center, a very nice employee apologized many times and promised to take care of it. They will contact each other the next day. Of course, no one answered and since then a "funny" back and forth unfolds. The call center is always friendly, promises improvement and IKEA does not answer and ignores all desperate e-mails. The following Thursday, 2 people finally arrived and set up the closet, but found that the lighting equipment recommended by the IKEA employee did not work. So again phone calls back and forth. Call Center says something, IKEA ignores everything.
It's simply outrageous that we handle IKEA Hengelo with clients who have finally left a lot of money behind.

Ikea Hengelo on a beautiful site where praxis and McDonalds are also located. Plenty of (free) parking spaces

Very much to choose from, parking spaces are always very bad.

You just love it, always up, even if we have a holiday here.
