Nice gym, fitness room, group lessons, tennis, wellness.

Nice that you promote a product, but then get another product from the range hmmmmmm that is not promote.

Within Trifora I find a very pleasant atmosphere. Both the environment and the employees. They are all involved and interested in you. This is the first gym where I actually achieve results and where I really enjoy going. The price is unfortunately a lot higher than other gyms but this is worth it in terms of involvement, guidance and atmosphere.

Tennis courts almost always occupied by tournaments or lessons ...

Everything is there and staff are helpful. Showers are extensive and everything very well maintained and cleaned.

Expensive, very commercial but a wide range of sports is offered. Are you looking for more than fitness, group lessons or tennis only then this can be your club. If you just want to exercise, you can do this for a considerably lower price in other clubs. Employees are also very friendly.

Very nice gym with many facilities and very long opening times! Extra plus points are the 'fit coaches', who give you tips for the correct execution of exercises, motivate you and (if you wish) can draw up a personal training schedule for you.

Clean, up to date place. The new changing rooms for kids is a mess. Mold is growing on the wall and there is simply no communication about, for example, viewing lessons or bruising.

Situated Inside an old building but still a top gym

Beware! Unreasonable management. Paid in advance but no refund option for the closed period. The way you are turned away was reason for me to cancel. That can only be done by registered mail. Euro 8.80. Who can join now if you can only cancel like this? Too bad for the period that I have paid but I will never come again.

Place where you can enjoy sports, experienced and professional instructors who guide you well. Swimming pool is not very large, but good for a nice relaxing swim. canteen is nice and big, tennis courts are attached to it and the changing area is always very clean, with enough space to store your belongings.

Ik heb altijd ten volle tevredenheid bij trifora gesport.
Via mijn werk het MST ben ik lid geworden, in totaal 14 jaar. Vanwege zwangerschap heb ik mijn lidmaatschap tijdelijk bevroren.

Er is aangegeven dat ik mij opnieuw moet aanmelden en dat het contract met trifora 5 euro is verhoogd.
Nu heb ik besloten via trifora lid te worden en nu eist trifora dat ik opnieuw administratie kosten moet betalen. Dit vind ik een kwalijke zaak.

Do not join forces with this club!
I have been exercising here satisfactorily for a year, but wanted to cancel my membership due to relocation. I was already out of my contract, so it could be canceled monthly. However, the club did not want to cooperate and made unrealistic demands. I submitted my cancellation according to the terms and conditions, but the management was not interested.
After personally handing over a letter to the club manager, explaining the situation to him and indicating that a lawyer would be involved if they did not comply with their own terms and conditions, they nevertheless agreed 'out of leniency' with the termination. Pity.

Still 2 stars because the trainers and facilities have always been satisfactory.

I don't understand why I have to pay for the wellness if people get in there without a subscription for the welness. You can walk in the wellness without a payment or membership?! Nobody ever checks. People are making fun of it. Do something about it.

Very business club without empathy. No customer-oriented approach. More commercial and you are a number there. Don't go, there are better gyms in Enschede! (especially for the rate they charge)

It seems impossible to get rid of a subscription!
After I hadn't been working out once, I decided to cancel my membership after a year. So I go to the site ... there you can not terminate the membership. You have to go to Trifora yourself to cancel it. I think this is bad but okay. I go there, there is no one who can help me cancel my membership. So left my number and I called back later. The gentleman in question wanted to make an exception in this case by accepting a cancellation by email, but with an extra month's notice. Knocker, he can also see that I paid him for a year and did not use the subscription once. Is there still some leniency? No, you have signed up for this yourself, you will be told very arrogantly. I think send mail and you're done .... NO !! They also continue to collect money after that month's notice period, while I have an acceptance mail of the cancellation of the membership. Again 64 from my account !! Do I have to go after it again to get it sorted. Bah....
