Within Trifora I find a very pleasant atmosphere. Both the environment and the employees. They are all involved and interested in you. This is the first gym where I actually achieve results and where I really enjoy going. The price is unfortunately a lot higher than other gyms but this is worth it in terms of involvement, guidance and atmosphere.

Swimming pool is not very large, but good for a nice relaxing swim. canteen is nice and big, tennis courts are attached to it and the changing area is always very clean, with enough space to store your belongings.

Ik heb altijd ten volle tevredenheid bij trifora gesport. Via mijn werk het MST ben ik lid geworden, in totaal 14 jaar. Vanwege zwangerschap heb ik mijn lidmaatschap tijdelijk bevroren. Er is aangegeven dat ik mij opnieuw moet aanmelden en dat het contract met trifora 5 euro is verhoogd. Nu heb ik besloten via trifora lid te worden en nu eist trifora dat ik opnieuw administratie kosten moet betalen. Dit vind ik een kwalijke zaak. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Nogmaals met trifora hierover in contact geweest en het is naar tevredenheid opgelost . Do not join forces with this club! I have been exercising here satisfactorily for a year, but wanted to cancel my membership due to relocation. I was already out of my contract, so it could be canceled monthly. However, the club did not want to cooperate and made unrealistic demands. I submitted my cancellation according to the terms and conditions, but the management was not interested. After personally handing over a letter to the club manager, explaining the situation to him and indicating that a lawyer would be involved if they did not comply with their own terms and conditions, they nevertheless agreed 'out of leniency' with the termination. Pity. Still 2 stars because the trainers and facilities have always been satisfactory.

It seems impossible to get rid of a subscription! After I hadn't been working out once, I decided to cancel my membership after a year. So I go to the site ... there you can not terminate the membership. You have to go to Trifora yourself to cancel it. I think this is bad but okay. I go there, there is no one who can help me cancel my membership. So left my number and I called back later. The gentleman in question wanted to make an exception in this case by accepting a cancellation by email, but with an extra month's notice. Knocker, he can also see that I paid him for a year and did not use the subscription once. Is there still some leniency? No, you have signed up for this yourself, you will be told very arrogantly. I think send mail and you're done .... NO !! They also continue to collect money after that month's notice period, while I have an acceptance mail of the cancellation of the membership. Again 64 from my account !! Do I have to go after it again to get it sorted. Bah....
