Absolutely the best. The accommodations are stunning, the property is amazing and lots to do. Staff is wonderful. La Hacienda was our favorite restaurant on the property with amazing drinks and food.

Even though it seems isolated, it offers many activities within the resort including golfing, multiple pools, fishing, a kids club, etc. It also offers some shops and special events depending on the time of day/year.

I ve been here staycationing for a few day and have not been more relaxed and comfortable in a very long time. Every level of service - doormen, valet attendants, maintenance staff, etc - have all been very warm and inviting. The amenities are great and the ambience is the very definition of luxury.

I went for an event at Bourbon Steak. The staff was great, which made for an enjoyable night. I appreciate how neat and clean the property always is. It really helps me feel comfortable there.

Wonderful rooms, expect to pay for parking. Lots of extra charges. Expensive water. Beautiful grounds. Received gift certificate to stay still costs, always in fear that you'll touch something and get charged for it. They auto charge for tips on meal coupons.
Too much anxiety to fully enjoy unless you got lots of cash.

when we arrive the valet staff is amazing! They make you feel welcomed. And parking valet is well worth the extra $(fyi u have to pay for parking) we are staying in a "Newly Renovated Casitas" which for the $$ I was expecting more.(i.e. u only get one 1oz shampoo and conditioner for a room that sleeps up to 6 people) and my two year old son is palying in the room with no socks and his feet are really dirty! I feel like the carpet should not be that dirty for a "newly renovated room".i will update more as the days go...

My wife and I met while working here 10 years ago, and we went back this year to celebrate our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the updates made to the resort since we had left. The staff was just as warm and pleasant as they have always been, and they even brought champagne to our room. When our in-room dining server realized my wife was pregnant, she went back to get flowers, chocolate strawberries, and sparkling cider so that she could have something to enjoy as well. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

Dining at La Hacienda and spa facilities at Well & Being along with the convenience of the Provisions shop for snacks all make the Princess a great place. The staff are all welcoming and gracious and the hospitality is genuine. Highly recommend

Sydney is an AWFUL hotel manager. We were not given proper disability accomodations. Had never stayed there before and after multiple phone calls hassles and headaches simply asking for less walking...I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. This is not a friendly place for disabled people and I am pretty sure my family was actually treated worse by this psychopathic hotel manager. I will never go there again. If you are disabled avoid this hotel and the staff will be super mean and passive aggressive and move you to an even worse room with a broken elevator. Then lie to your face repeatedly. Please do not go here if you cannot walk or need a wheelchair. I am filing a complaint with the ADA because their entire staff needs education on basic common courtesy when dealing with people that have physical disabilities.

Bourbon Steak at The Princess is one of the finest restaurants in the valley. Menu is incredible. Quality of ingredients is very high. Prices are expensive but expected for this location, ambience, and quality of food drink and service.

We checked in at 4 pm. Room still wasn t ready at 4:30 so we went to the front desk and they claimed to give us a us a upgrade to a different room. Walked out front where they said their was the guys in the golf carts no one to he found. Walked all the way to the F building with our over night bag to the upgraded room. It was prob the biggest hotel room I have ever seen but it didn t have a real bed. It had a Murphy bed that wasn t comfortable. The ac never cooled the room down less than 75. Kinda big pointless room that was in a very high traffic area with a lot of noise. Went and ate at the hacienda it was good they were booked out til 8:30 but we sat at the bar. More than half the place was still empty at 7:30 when we got done eating. It was good food with good service. Went the brunch this morning food was good but service was terrible made reservations and of course had to wait 15 minutes. One host was really nice and the shorter one looked like she hated her job and didn t want to work. Finally seated the server came by one time and never came back til the end to drop off the check. First time ever I tipped 10% in my life. I just drank or tried to drink the water but it tasted worst than the water off the golf course lakes. Kinda a overrated resort. The plus side the fireworks and the hacienda. The valet guys were on point also.

There for a work conference, excellent customer service. Water located all over the property for everyone. Was surprised though that they do not offer free wifi and the rooms block all cell service which was annoying. Overall it is a very nice place with a great property.

Stayed in a casita, which was lovely but we were in casita #1 which was about as far from everything as possible! We were very disappointed that the 2 beds in the room were true doubles, not queens. Not the most comfortable for an adult couple. Loved the pools. We were there for a conference so meals were catered. The quality of the food was excellent!

5 star facilities with 1 star service...my experience and understanding of a true 5 star resort is that there is nothing that cannot be done for a customer. Coming here I definitely did not feel that the staff was going above and beyond for us. Coming from both a stay perspective and a planning perspective.

During the stay we often found ourselves asking multiple times for simple things like refilling a glass of water or on directions to ammenities around the property. It seems like the staff has a wide variety of willingness to help a guest. The rooms were well decorated and clean, and the property was well maintained and added to a "get away" feel for a staycation.

This resort is beautifully designed and has all the makings for a memorable getaway, but the service/staff could use a pep-talk.

In the mean time we have also tried been in the planning stages for a wedding. To which we were met with some serious roadblocks. At the time we were also trying to book a venue for a wedding reception almost a year in advance. We were initially told that the venue was available for us. After making the decision that we wanted to move forward with contracts we were then told that the venue was not available to be booked simple because they were waiting for a larger convention to book the facility first, if at a point (3 months) they were not able to book the venue then they could contract it out to us. We asked for any updates on the venue from the planning coordinator but after a few emails we lost contact and felt like we were almost cut-off.

Nice Scottsdale resort. Large facility not the best for young kids but good for older kids. Food for the cost is disappointing though the service is good. Security at this facility is also poor, and it's the guards that lack professional security. Employees are of ok quality but staying elsewhere for the family is better.

The staff is top notch, very friendly and sociable. Had a lot of fun talking with Kathleen in the Stetsons store. The location is beautiful. The blood orange mule was amazing ....the food was greatly lacking. It was decent but significantly overpriced for what it was. I ordered the turkey club, by the time I got it it was cold and soggy, including the fries that I didn't even know it came with because the menu gave no mention of. I would have been better off enjoying beverages and my friends company and grabbing dinner in old town on the way home.

I have stayed here twice. Once over the summer in 2018 and once during the winter time in 2018 as well. I loved this place so much that I HAD to stay twice in one year. Best getaway. It s far enough from home and close enough that I can get home in less than an hour.

Nice spot.
Fricking expensive for drinks and food. Guess you pay the Resort Fee in each item purchased?
Whatever though.
Fireworks were a nice touch.

We loved our stay at the Fairmont (the Fairmont room). The only con I can think of is no free internet. And no complementary water bottles. Everyone on staff was really nice. The food at the restaurant we went to was excellent (the ironwood). Lots of pools, including a shallow one for little kids. The grounds are pretty. Seems kid friendly.

All in all, would recommend it.
