Absolutely amazing spa and resort! The pictures online don t even do it justice.

Room: beautiful and clean. Love the bathroom with deep tub, separate shower.

Staff: very sweet and responsive. Always smiling, many have worked here for many years.

Grounds: gorgeous. I have walked the grounds many times. Favorite spots are The Fragrance Garden and the pond.

Animals: Cecil the tortoise and two lobby therapy dogs were so sweet.

Food: have ordered in and also eaten at restaurants on site. Food is top notch.

The spa: THIS IS A MUST. It is pure heaven. My therapies were amazing but the spa itself is so wonderful. You can use it all day, the day of a service.

Stayed in the most gorgeous room for the night of an event our company was having on property. This hotel blew our expectations away. The staff is absolutely delightful and the grounds are beautiful.

This resort was lit up with wall to wall holiday elements. Absolutely a fantastic set up. I wish my kids could have been with me. La Hacienda was a phenomenal restaurant and everything they served from cocktails to dessert was spectacular.

The staff were all so welcoming and helpful with all questions. The hotel is just breath taking with all the holiday lights. The lobby is beautiful with the Xmas trees and the lovely flowers.

Room wasn t ready at check in NBD. Then 45 minutes later upon return was told room smelt like smoke and they needed to move us. Clerk Offered an upgraded room which we declined due to location on property. Now, we come back to our room to find wet carpet. Called front desk to report. Front desk sent engineering. No response after 30-40 minutes. Call front desk back. Front desk states engineering is coming back to look. Engineers show up and Felt the carpet. Work on it and disappear. Then I go out to try and find them and I find this. Place is a dump. Besides the holiday festivities I would never come back.

Nice place except for smell that comes out of the bathroom sinks when you turn the water on. Also housekeeping missed my room one day. And the heat didn t work in my room even after someone came to fix it.

I have to say you wont be disappointed. The views and scenery are amazing. The hotel has an old feel but clean and upto date. I had a great experience with all the employees but 2 in particular. Sam and Taylor understood a concern I had and turned it around into a big win. I felt like they really listened to what made me happy as a customer.. looking forward to my next trip to Phoenix. Thanks

This is my favorite place to stay while in Scottsdale. The rooms, facilities, and grounds are beautiful. Service is good. The food is great. Faster service would be an improvement at the bar.

I flew in for a business breakfast meeting. I hadn't stayed at the property for about ten years.

It's a great business and conference hotel. And, great for golf.

Fairmont does a good job at managing hotels.

But, it's a large property.

Rooms werent ready till hours after check in, the couple getting married got locked out of room on second day, the day of wedding was spent at the front desk. The front desk offered pool credit but we didnt want or use. We simply wanted an apology and the management refused to take responsibility. We felt terrible for suggesting this hotel where u usually have staycations. We have choose different resorts very happily since then

Disappointing. I was shocked to find out I didn't get any credit for food, spa or room on the ACCOR program despite spending thousands because I booked through Expedia. I won't stay at a Fairmont again after year of loyalty on my end. Had the Suite and our view was a parking lot. Food was great however and so was the staff.

Had some customer service issues that were resolved quickly by the staff. Very busy hotel so mistakes do happen...ownership and resolutions normally do not. Beautiful property, good food, nice rooms and great employees!

Met some business partners for a buffet breakfast provided by the hotel for their conference. The resort was beautiful and the food was decent. Definitely a good location for a conference.

We spent the day at the Sunset Pool today. It was beautiful! The food and drinks were great. The service could not have been any better. This is a wonderful property that never disappoints, no matter what you do.

I have been here twice and I have loved it both times. Rooms are spacious and luxurious with balconies that have amazing views of the pools, lakes or the sunset. Most of the staff was friendly and they always make sure you're comfortable and happy.

Cool experience to go down the Ice Slides and cook s'mores on the bonfires. The line for the train ride through the light path was very long. Only 2 rides for kids to ride. Pretty lights.

I went to the spa for the day and got a massage. It was the most wonderful, relaxing day ever! Everyone working was very professional. The atmosphere was amazing, and all the amenities were simply the best. It was the most relaxing day I've ever had and would highly recommend going at least once. Everything was sublime.

Can t recommend this place enough. Friendly staff and clean rooms is all I ask for when I travel and this place hit the nail right on the head. Huge pools and delicious food. Shuttle service to the rooms is a nice little perk that no resort or hotel should go without and this place does not disappoint on that end. Must stay when you in the area and just want to unwind for abit. Cheers.

I went here for a company Christmas party and I must say I'm impressed. We had to have had close to 2000 people attending and this place handled it with ease. There was a lot of congestion but man they kept the night running smoothly. If you need to hoat a high end party they will own it for you.

We enjoyed the light festival, you pay $35 per car, it was worth it for the 2hrs. But be prepared for the potential unexpected costs if you choose to take full advantage of other amenities.

Awesome experience for their xmas event for all the family. Only downside. Its definitely very high end scale and be prepared to spend lots of money if you go there. Very Expensive..in terms of price. You get top notch service but you will pay for it.

We had a fantastic time here! This is definitely a kid friendly resort. The dive in movie was one of the best events, the firework show was an impressive added bonus. The room was beautiful, beds so soft and comfy. The staff was helpful and prompt. My boys, who are 10 and 12, even participated in the pool games and had so much fun. The foam party was something they won't forget. So this and we were only there overnight! We can't wait for Christmas at the princess this year.

Very disappointed in my stay. I was super excited to stay at the Fairmont while I was attending a conference. Every other person going to the conference expressed how amazing the hotel was.

I arrive and my check in process was way less than ideal. My company had called and booked the travel arrangements months ago and put a credit card on file. When I checked in they would not accept this form of payment... okay.

I then tell them they can take my Amex Platinum card. I will call travel tomorrow since it was midnight when I checked in.

Fast forward to the next day, I get a message in my room to come submit payment for the room. I was floored. I had given a credit card for them to charge at check in. Second, I was staying four days and it is ridiculous to make your hotel guest come to discuss payment before they check out when you already had a credit card on file.

My company travel agent called. When she discussed with the hotel management that the person who made the travel arrangements was no longer with the company. She offered to help resolve the situation, but management said it was policy that they couldn t do this.

I understand policy. However, for $400-$600/night you should bend over backwards for customer service. The experience should be extraordinary.

My room service also has been less than ideal. My towels were not replaced nor was the shampoo/conditioner. I ve never stayed in a hotel that didn t replace shampoo daily. Furthermore, I feel like a free bottle of water should be expected because of the price of the stay and we are in a desert. Instead, they charge you for water bottles.

When I come back again for another conference, I will not choose to pay to stay at this exceptional hotel because my customer service has been less than exceptional.

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a nice hotel/resort with many amenities on site. They also have nice restaurants and bars located on property. They also have a small Starbucks counter and s couple of little shops for necessities.

We came with two other couples for a Spear seminar and stayed 4 nights. Our friends were upgraded to nicer rooms in the gold buildings; we were in the F building. Our room was nice, although it does show its age.

For as expensive as the room was, I feel charging us $15/day for basic internet and $25/day for faster internet is a little ridiculous. Plus, basic parking is $15/day and $25/day to valet. I felt those services, especially the internet, should be included with our room charge. Also, our friends got a complimentary buffet breakfast with their rooms. Throw your guests a bone and open that up to everyone.

I didn t bring shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. I wish I had. Again, for as expensive as the stay is, I think they could up their game with those products. The lotion is about as good as applying water to your skin.

The resort grounds are beautiful - there s a golf course just outside the hotel property. Beware of ducks in the pool.

The staff was friendly, although I felt it was a little cooler environment than other resorts I ve stayed at. For instance, no one says hello unless they are working at a counter. Coming from a trip to Aruba days before where EVERYONE greets you, this was especially noticed.

We visited the spa and had a great time. Word to the wise - they helpfully tack on a 20% gratuity for services.

All told, it was an ok stay. Would I stay here again? Probably - if we had friends staying here too. If not, I might find a hotel that includes free Wi-Fi and breakfast to ALL their customers. At $399/night I don t feel we got our money s worth.
