While the staff are quite nice, the technicians are imbeciles who know close to nothing. They formatted my laptop TWICE, each time taking nearly 40 hours simply backing up my documents (which are about 187GB) - the technician lied about formatting the first time and said he only restored my OS, lied about the backup taking as long as he claimed (in reality he had been lazy and started the backup a day late), then finally lied about the issue I had to begin with. My PC wasnt sleeping when I closed the lid, and after formatting my laptop TWICE he said "the latest Windows 10 version doesnt support sleeping" even though that's completely ridiculous and I had been on the latest Windows 10 before the problem occured anyway. Horrible technicians, ruined my PC and wasted nearly a week's worth of my time then lied to my face numerous times. Do not recommend AT ALL.

The employees did not count as morals, they took the device and put it with them for a period of about a month, then they said this device is not under warranty and they did not call for nearly a month. I filed a complaint against them at Batelco

I wouldnt suggest sending your products here if you want to recieve them in working order. Sent in my laptop with an issue that would have cost around $100 to fix and got it back completely ruined (can never be fixed). The original issue was with the m.2 drive but i got a called from their technician stating that the laptop didnt have an m.2 drive and that the motherboard was broken. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the motherboard and their absolutely IS an m.2 drive in the laptop. Incredibly incompetent.

This is just a waste of time repair shop. They don't know what is really wrong with the PC and only offering a reformatting keeping you waiting and waiting for an update without any result. Moreover, letting you come over and the staff is on break.
