Great customer service.
I have ordered a gift through carriage and then contacted them through WhatsApp to request delivering a gift card with the item but they had none, that was some how excepted as they are not a specialized gift shop.

Yet the customer support was beyond amazing as they have taken my message, printed it with a nice design on an A4 colored paper and put it with the gift. The customer support also kept me updated with the delivery status.

As a first time customer, such small gestures really makes a big difference.
Highly recommended.
