I attended a Christmas party at Port of Call (3400 Palm Blvd.) on Isle of Palms this December. I arrived at sunset and couldn't help notice the stunning ocean views from the rear deck. The home felt clean, was expansive and featured luxury amenities such as an elevator, gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, private beach boardwalk and a home theater. I highly recommend Port of Call to large families or groups seeking a luxurious escape.

Stayed at Coastal Manor in April. We loved the house - it was extremely modern and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for everyone. It was right across the street from the beach entrance which was extremely convenient with 2 young kids... we will definitely be back!

We stayed for a long weekend with 6 couples and 4 toddlers and everything was perfect. We flew from all over the US to meet in IOP. The house was beautiful and everything was in perfect condition. We loved the pool and perfect beachfront location. We grilled on the beautiful outdoor patio area next to the pool and we could also easily walk into the main town on Isle of Palms (right down Ocean Avenue). We are already talking about booking again for next year!

We had an amazing stay in Isle of Palm! The house had a beautiful view of the ocean- we loved sitting out on the sun decks in the morning drinking coffee and the evenings drinking wine. There was tons of space for our large family -- both spaces to be alone but then also to gather together as a big group. It was super easy to go out to the beach - and to run back up to grab something or use the restroom. We took advantage of the pool in the afternoons when we didn't feel like going to the beach. The house was super clean and amenities were so nice! Will definitely come back!!

"Carolina Girl" was above and beyond our expectations! The pictures don't do it justice! We were in Charleston for our daughter's destination wedding and we wanted a "homey" place for family to stay and friends to gather. This place was perfect! It is beautifully decorated with plenty of living space and the bedrooms are spacious. We were especially thankful for the well equipped kitchen. Tons of glasses and dishes, as well as pots, pans and cookie sheets! I really thought we wouldn't have a lot of time to use the pool, but because it was so convenient, right off the living area, and it was screened in (no mosquitoes) we used it most days and just about every night. Carolina Girl is only a block and half to the beach and since it is more of a residential area (no big hotels or condos around) it wasn't very crowded. I highly recommend Carolina Girl! You won't be disappointed!
PS Megan and the staff at Exclusive Properties were so nice to work with. We had a couple of issues (of our own doing) that came up and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They are the best!

PERFECT HOUSE FOR A LARGE GROUP!
I surprised my boyfriend for his 30th birthday by renting this house. I had both my family and his family fly in for it and was worried it wouldn't be large enough for the 18 adults. But i was wrong cause this house was PERFECT!! The layout of the house works great for large groups, especially since we ranged from 25 yr old to 61 yr old. The bottom floor is set up with a refrigerator and pool table so the younger crowd was able to stay up much later without waking anyone else up. The beds were very comfortable and the house was extremely clean (cleanest rental we have ever stayed in!). Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made mornings easy. The common area is spacious and there is plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. We did not cook at the house but found that the kitchen was fully stocked had we wanted to make a large meal. Restaurants, bars and the beach are walking distance which was super convenient, especially since some of our family did not rent cars.
My parents have rented a house on Isle of Palms each year since i moved here and this was by far their favorite house! Megan and Allison were extremely helpful throughout the booking process which made coordinating his birthday so much easier. I highly recommend using Exclusive Properties when renting a house on IOP.
I recently spent Christmas in one of Exclusive Properties' homes. The home was clean and just like the photos. The weather was a little less than perfect but the house exceeded our expectations. The only reason why I have rated it as a "4" is that it was a little over my budget. After getting here, it was well worth it!

I have stayed in six of these homes over the past four years. 411 Ocean (rooftop hotub)is my favorite but they are all great. Always use a local property manager like Exclusive. If you need these guys to come check on anything they are there in 10 minutes. These homes do not last long so make sure to book early.

My husband and I stayed at 601 ocean and wanted to leave a five star review of the place !! We had a fabulous time. The house is set up perfectly for a large group. Even during covid , we felt completely comfortable with our extended family in the home because each bedroom had its own bathroom, the kitchen and great room were huge and there were so many outdoor spaces and decks. I spent a lot of time on the deck watching the ocean waves. The kitchen upgrade was spectacular. And the location! Walking distance to town and easy beach access and short drives to historical destinations like Fort Moultrie and Charleston. Such a perfect place for a vacation!

Sea Palace was a perfect house for our multi-generational family reunion this summer. The house is in excellent condition, immaculately furnished and maintained, and beautifully decorated. The pictures on the site are all accurate. Our contact was very responsive and our requests were all addressed immediately. They went out of their way to assist with vacation planning. The kitchen is well-equipped and the property is maintained to the highest possible level. We had no issues whatsoever when staying here. In addition to plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, there were more than enough spaces for people to gather for activities or find a quiet spot. We especially appreciated the large dining area that could easily seat our large group of 20+ together. The pool area is very nice and the pool is in outstanding condition. Bedrooms were large and linens were high quality. The parking area was large enough for a 40' rv, five cars and a golf cart. There is a marina/market within 1/2 mile and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. Outstanding views from the rooftop deck. We highly recommend this house.
I planned a suprise trip for my family and it could not have been better!! Not only was the view breathtaking, but the house itself was exceptional! I want to commend the management team who were quick to answer any questions I had before and after we arrived. The Property was exactly as advertised and my whole family (14 of us) had an absolute blast. There are so many bedrooms and space it almost felt like my wife and I were vacationing alone! The location is perfect, beach access is phenomenal and the overall condition and quality of the property was first class.. Exclusive Properties on Isle of Palms is amazing! They, particularly Megan, saved our vacation! We had a family reunion for Thanksgiving week and made the mistake of renting a house through VRBO. When we arrived at the VRBO house we found it was not a nice place. I immediately googled rental agencies and my first call was to Exclusive Properties. It was already 5pm but Megan said they had one property available and we could go see it. We saw the property (it was beautiful), confirmed with Megan who had stayed past their closing time to help us, and moved into Lime Tree Cabana the next day. Megan and the staff at Exclusive Properties were super helpful. The house was very clean, spacious and perfect for our family of 9 which included three generations. The rooftop balcony was a nice place to watch the sunsets and we loved the pool! The staff at Exclusive Properties saved our vacation and we are forever grateful to them. Although the house was very large and accomodated our large group, there was one major issue I found to be unsatisfactory. First, for a large house, the kitchen was not equipped well. There were not enough forks for 26 people. The pots and pans situation was appalling. There were no very large pots at all and the frying pans were small, unclean, and did not suffice to make meals for our group. On a positive note, the management company graciously resolved an issue we had with the elevator.
Best beach rentals on IOP. My family has rented two separate times from Exclusive Properties and both times have been fantastic. Could not ask for a better rental company or a nicer house.

We stayed at Sunrise Manor in Isle of Palms and had such a great time. First of all, the property was immaculate. I appreciated that EP had left shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. as if we were staying in a hotel. Everything was incredibly clean and it was clear that they had taken great care to make sure the property was spotless for us. I worked "from home" all week and the wifi worked great. The house itself was GORGEOUS and had just been completely renovated. The kitchen was to die for!! Our house had an amazing view of the ocean and a great deck. We had happy hour overlooking the ocean every night and I never wanted to leave. I would definitely stay again at Sunrise Manor and would recommend EP to anyone looking to vacation in IOP.
