The character of a company, its culture, its commitment to its clients, is best demonstrated not so much when things are moving along smoothly, rather, they are best demonstrated when something goes amiss...the AC system unexpectedly fails, the dishwasher breaks down, the refrigerator leaks water...whatever. Because it s at such moments, that an organization shows its true colors, and to whom -and to what- they are most committed. I want to personally and publicly thank Shelley and her associates for rescuing our vacation after a series of unexpected undesirable events earlier this week.
