Love, love, love this place! I adore the way everything is setup (reminds me of the Secret Garden), they have everything you need for your fairy gardens and every kind of plant you can imagine under the Sun and then some. I don't go there very often, but when I do I always find a treasure. Everything they have is so lovely. Staff is very helpful as well.

Although their prices are higher than the big box their quality is the best.

Beware of return policy using points earned! The reason I rated so low is because of there return policy regarding using points earned. If you us them on a purchase and you return the plant you will lose those points and only get credit for what the difference was. What ended up happening is, I complained so I got the full credit for the bush that did not survive the winter. But I also lost an additional 700 points on my account. Clearly they are willing to lose customers over this.

The helpers are wonderful and the plants are very nice as well. But I spend $100's of dollars each year here and this policy has left a sour taste. Just be aware of there policy and use your points wisely. Don't use on perennials.

UPDATE: this was our second Korean Spice Viburnum Shrub we purchased from them and it did not survive. I would not recommend buying shrubs or trees from Planters Palette. They do not support the customer if you personally plant it.

The best plants come from here. They are a little more expensive but you won't need to buy the same perennial twice. The plants are strong. And the selection is great with plenty of native plants to choose from as well as all the classic annuals.

This is my absolute favorite garden center! I always find interesting and healthy herbs, flowers, and veggies here, and I love the frequent gardener program. You can shop at a big-box store where they ship in all the plants from god-knows-where, or you can shop here, where they grow their own. Excellent customer service too, even when it's crowded.

I have shopped at planters pallet for years. Their prices are a bit higher than big box stores but the quality is always there. Plus they are so knowledgable and can always answer questions.

Excellent selection of plants perennials and annuals even towards the middle of July healthy and many acres of plants to choose from. Lots of helpful staff very knowledgeable! I would come here before I went to any big box store

Last chance today. Made some great finds. So sad to see them close.

Nice place to grab you gardening supplies and plants

They are closing for good unfortunately. They have a lot of hostas that are now 75% off. Their official last day is October 31 per the staff person who was there today.

2019 is the last season for the Planters Palette. This was my go-to place for unique garden plants. Sad to see them go. Super awesome plant selection and customer service.

This place is sad .there is no options or varieties when it comes to plants .
They have one little green house open to the public .
Literally nothing in it ..wasted gas to get here .
They don't have any tropical plants .
This is a seasonal type of "nursery

I love The Planter's Palette. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and, above all, open. Any worker will stop what he or she is doing immediately to assist a customer in need of help. I have often seen more than one staff member helping a shopper, which is a testament to the commitment of the business to offer the very best service to plant-seekers. And there is such a wide variety of plants! Anything from trees and shrubs to annuals and perennials can be found in this veritable jungle! The plants are well-watered and maintained, and show that great care was put into their growth. The nursery also contains different composts, potting soils, gardening tools, and decorations to create a natural experience anyone will love. I have done my best plant shopping here, with long-lasting success and growth. Highly recommend!

I love this place! The only place I get plants flowers veggies and decor!!! Such a great local place! Also they are open on weekends too!!

So sad it will be closing their doors at the end of October.
