PERFECT HOUSE FOR A LARGE GROUP!
I surprised my boyfriend for his 30th birthday by renting this house. I had both my family and his family fly in for it and was worried it wouldn't be large enough for the 18 adults. But i was wrong cause this house was PERFECT!! The layout of the house works great for large groups, especially since we ranged from 25 yr old to 61 yr old. The bottom floor is set up with a refrigerator and pool table so the younger crowd was able to stay up much later without waking anyone else up. The beds were very comfortable and the house was extremely clean (cleanest rental we have ever stayed in!). Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made mornings easy. The common area is spacious and there is plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. We did not cook at the house but found that the kitchen was fully stocked had we wanted to make a large meal. Restaurants, bars and the beach are walking distance which was super convenient, especially since some of our family did not rent cars.

My parents have rented a house on Isle of Palms each year since i moved here and this was by far their favorite house! Megan and Allison were extremely helpful throughout the booking process which made coordinating his birthday so much easier. I highly recommend using Exclusive Properties when renting a house on IOP.
