Disappointed with the warranty service and the attitude of those there.
I took a scooter under warranty with a piece detached from the inside of the brake actuation lever and I received an email as if the problem did not exist (even if I sent them the detached piece in the package), moreover, they told me that the scooter has up to the front wheel. I called the service and finally they understood that there was actually a problem with the lever, which has a direct connection with the brake sensor and tied up until they said it just deflated.
I got to EvoMag to lift the scooter and the wheel was deflated ... although the boys noticed the problem, they said they had nothing to do and that I probably brought it with me. I'm not saying I had to go there because no one called me to pick up the product.
Why does the customer always have to lose? Learn from our Western friends.

I didn't understand why I had to call the service (being under warranty), when that should be EvoMag. I bought the product from EvoMAg, not from the service.
And in the end I ended up paying for the front wheel.
I notice that you could not identify any person in your system. I'm curious if anyone will answer my email.
